This was a great buying experience. The salesman (Trevor) was very helpful and later the sales manager ( Fadi) was very easy to work with. I would totally recommend them based on my buying experience.

I went in with the intention of buying a car and an idea of what car I wanted, and yet the salesperson was patient with allowing me to… test drive more than one vehicle, and spent quite a bit of time with me going over my options for financing. He went back to his manager over a half-dozen times with "tweeks" to the deal in an attempt to get me the best value for my trade, the best financing rate and the best price on the car. I know that his goal was to sell a car, but I never felt that his goal got in the way of this process - I felt that the "sale" was secondary to my needs and satisfaction. --and, even after the sale was complete, the salesperson was still available to answer follow-up questions with patience and kindness.MY NISSAN XTERRA EXPERIENCE

First of all, they don't negotiate price at all. Secondly, this dealer even did not want to give me… a format they forgot to give me. Can you imagine a certificate pre-owned car without format? As a former customer, I suggest potential customers think twice to buy a car from Lithia Nissan of Eugene. You could try, but be prepared to get a bad buying experience.Oil change

I requested my van be vacuumed with the oil change, and not only did they vacuum, but they washed it too. During this process, every single person that helped me were… extremely curtious. After the sale he never explained anything and went on to make another sale.… I had a much better experience at Kendall. I was treated with honesty and care. Nissan has good product but poor customer service! Be ware!Best Dealer.

I sent an email and the next day called in to take a test drive. My salesman ( Colt J.) was very nice and gave me a… very reasonable deal when I went to purchase. Although getting to the financing took some time to get to it really wasn't a bad experience, they have a very nice lobby with a T.V. and free coffee. When I did get to the financing guy (Tanner D.), It was one of the quickest I have been through. The Lithia Nissan team did a good job and I will do business with them the next time I need to make a car purchase.Excellent Car Buying Experience

The deal I was offered was so good there was almost no negotiation process and I still feel like I got a great deal. I have been watching… deals on new Altima's for almost a year and I am completely satisfied. In addition, their selection is huge. I walked in and told them the exact car, model, options and color I wanted and within five minutes they pulled the car from around back - had everything I asked for. Thanks Lithia Nissan!
