    When I walked into the service department, the service guy asked how he could help me, I let him know that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. He got my keys and let me know it would be about 45 minutes. I have no complaints about customer service. They seem to be efficient in their job and are able to get their customers in and out in a timely manner. Thank you!!

    I am grateful that Nissan has paid 3 times for the repair of my air-bag sensor system in my 4-year-old Leaf. I am hopeful that this latest repair will be the last one needed!

    We came here to buy our third Nissan after a great experience with the Service department. We needed our vehicle to haul long sea kayaks and bikes. Our first contact was online, looking for the trade-in estimate of our little Versa sedan. A two-person team traded off helping us through two in-person visits and several rounds of email questions. Very low pressure and helpful. Listened to our needs (best gas mileage possible, selective extra bells and whistles, budget target) and helped eliminate possibilities (pick-up truck), ultimately matching us with best fit. We chose a leasing option for the first time for the low monthly payments. A car is a scary big purchase, and this has been my best experience yet. The process felt fair, respectful, well-paced, and professional.

    We live 300 miles from the dealership. So we called and asked the salesman to tells us about any flows. He called back stating that there were only two small rock chips on front bumper. After driving 7 hours we checked into a motel across the street. The next morning we go to look at the car but NEVER even took it for a test drive. The interior was in shambles - rips and tears in the drivers seat. The rear seat looked like itd had been used for a cock fight. The grill on the back speaker was scratched and dented, the wooden cover on the storage units had been sawed off, The salesman had lied to me and wasted two days of our time not to mention the hundreds of dollars that we spent on motels, gas and food. I would not trust this dealership if this is an indication of the quality of salesmen!

    Very impressed, as always with the service I receive; I am not required to make an apptl and still my vehicle is put in the shop soon after I inform. staff re: what I need done, etc. Waiting time was less than usual at this service check. I make a point of even getting my oil changed at Eugene Lithia rather than the Roseburg, where I live; every visit makes me feel important and everyone is very friendly and professional. I will cont. to drive the 1+ hours to get my recalls, oil changes, etc. with Lithia in Eugene. Thank you for your service.

    Called for service appointment; told to just bring car in. Did so...but, when we came in, there was a small line of cars. Service writer said car would be ready within the hour. Hmmmm...actually, car was ready in about ONE-HALF hour...super service!

    I went in to get my car serviced & I was in and out within hardy 20 minutes! I'd called ahead to ask how long it'd take and they estimated 35-45, so they were way under their estimate time. Even 35-45 minutes would have been quick & satisfsctory, but this was just another level. The guys in the service department are always great, super helpful and very polite. Great experience, as usual.

    The sales rep I worked with was good at giving info & not just trying hard to over sale the car. When we got to debating the price there was a little quick pressuring but overall I had a good experience & I enjoyed the sale.

    I have never been disappointed in the service department. They always greet us with a smile and are genuinely interested in what we need. The work is completed in a timely fashion. They treat us like we are part of the Nissan family. What could be better.

    We did some test drives, found a vehicle we liked and were quoted $12,900 for the vehicle while on the lot. That seemed to be fair so we proceeded to write-up the car. When the paperwork was received the car was listed at $14.900. We questioned why it was higher then quoted. The sales rep got confused on stock and misquoted price. We offered to go to $13,900 to make the deal happen, the dealer said 'no' even after checking with manager. We walked away to think about it. The sales rep never even called back because he new he messed up. We ended calling back to explain the situation to another Sales Rep and see if any other cars were on the lot in the color we wanted. We were told there were other cars on the lot in the same color and a year newer. Of course when we returned there were no cars in the same color as the original vehicle. I should've walked away then but we found an alternate car that was suitable and in the price range as we really needed car before the next week started. We wrote up the deal, signed the paperwork and as I take delivery of the car I am told the car only has one key, which is normal for used cars. I am quoted $250 for a second key. Dealership is shady and creates an experience of the stereotypical dealership that I thought was the past. Apparently not, it still is alive at Lithia Nissan of Eugene!

    I was just looking around for a future car and the staff made a offer that wowed me. I found the experience to be the best I've had, ever! I will never go anywhere else.

    The Altima has all the features we wanted, such as the blind spot warning & the cross traffic warning with the backup camera, GPS and dual heat control. Also the sunroof and the spoiler which is to be installed.

    Very pleased; everyone friendly; price less than quoted (had ordered a new key ahead of time and it was available when I arrived for visit, etc. Also received my free oil change. Everyone very respectful and helpful.

    We have the lifetime oil changes, and even though there is no money exchanged at the time of service, we are always treated like we pay top dollar and tip well. This Nissan Quest is the first NEW car we have ever bought, and it's been a wonderful experience with every single interaction. With this last oil change, we needed new batteries for our key fobs, air in a low tire, and asked for a little vacuuming. It was all done so quickly, and looked so beautiful when they were done. Although I don't see us getting another car for a many number of years, when we do, Lithia is the only place we'll go!

    Had yet another great experience at lithia. I was working briefly with Steve and came in with not the full intent to make a purchase but to show my wife the new murano. It's awesome. James Hunt was on and helped us out and worked diligently to make the deal. I am very pleased with my purchase.
