Great Experience
by GrammiB on 12/27/2023The salesman, Shane Fries, made my experience pleasant and quick,, which I greatly appreciated having recently had eye surgery and still being in pain. He was also kind enough to personally deliver the car 70 miles away to my home and… familiarize me with a few more operational details .Since at the time of purchase I was not able to stay for the full orientation, the "guru" who handles that has offered to come to my home when I am ready. I couldn't be more pleased with the way I have been treated at Kendall Subaru.Happily Re-Vehicled

Subaru forester touring

When we got to finance the guy was pushy about the maintenance plan but that was… the only negative part that put us off a bitThank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. Painless purchase

Negotiating extended warranties etc. on delivery was relatively painless.… They were very eager to explain every detail about the operation of the car to an exhaustive level and I did very much appreciate that. Excellent transaction at Kendall Subaru

Jordin, Greg, and Lonisa were very helpful in finalizing the purchase of a 2022 Crosstrek Sport. This process involved a trade-in, and after… reasonable negotiation, the deal was done. The Crosstrek is a great car! Now all I have to do is figure out how everything works. At least I have the most intuitive basics down. BTW, his name is Squirt, since he's a little smaller than my old Highlander; he fits very nicely in my single-car garage. Oh, and there's a guy named Richard at Subaru who is my best friend for a couple of months. All I have to do is write out some questions, give him a call, and he'll give me the answers. I just have to go through the manual to figure out the questions (don't you hate reading manuals)? This gal does.Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. 2nd Forester
by Coast Beaver on 04/19/2022Love these vehicles. I had a 2019, now I have a 2022. Good Gas Mileage - 42mpg at 55 mph. Great visability. I take mine off highway all the time. The full time AWD is GREAT! I never have to worry about traction in gravel, mud, heavy… rain, etc. I give the Forester 5 stars.Thank you for your review. 2022 Subaru Legacy Touring XT
by BBroadie on 01/28/2022My biggest piece of advice for anyone looking to buy a vehicle from Kendall Subaru is ASK FOR TJ as your salesman. He was quick to answer any questions, diligently kept me updated (I was waiting on my vehicle delivery) and he was very… conscientious of our time while doing paperwork and checking out, once it was time for that. Overall I had a good experience with Kendall but TJ was the one thing that stood out the most. As for the car, so far, so good. I’ve only had it for about a week so it’s to early to give much of a review on that.Byron Broadie, your wonderful feedback and rating mean a lot to us.

I had a white Outback that was in transit, but our preferance was a silver exterior so we went down to the lot asap and bought… the silver outback. They explained all the features of my vehicle and I was happy with the experience on short notice as I needed a vehicle on the day of arrival to the dealership. They didn't have the color… that I wanted and so they even gave me a sizeable discount that gave my purchase a lot more peace of mind. After I declined many of the additional finance items they didn't push me to accept them and were very respectful. I did need to wait a while for the finance manager to approve my purchase because there was only 1 person in the office that day that could finalize the process. So I spent 2 hours waiting for him to be finished with another customer. But I understand this was out of their control and they made sure I was comfortable and updated with time estimates for when they would be finished.Thanks for taking the time to leave us this information about your recent visit. This was too easy!

I shopped for 5 months to find exactly what I wanted, talking to scores of sales people, with no success, until I reached out to Kendall Subaru and got… connected to Andrew. The first plus was how Andrew listened and talked through alternatives to what I wanted. He offered a great solution of ordering a cart with the specs I wanted, which was something I had never done. As we chatted back and forth over the coming days, he was quick to reply and help me make a decision as to what I wanted. We got the order in and waited. When I got the call that the car had arrived 6 weeks early, I was stoked! Andrew prearranged paperwork, since I was coming from out of the area, and got things in order before I got there. Andrew was even more personable in person, and was so easy to work with. I absolutely love my new Subaru, and highly recommend Andrew and the crew at Kendall!!!We always strive to provide top quality service to every guest, and are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience here at Kendall Subaru of Eugene!
