Don’t buy anywhere else
by Rich DeFil on 07/12/2022I purchased a certified, used 2015 Lexus RX350 with over 100k miles. Because it was Lexus and a Lexus dealership ( I have purchased other vehicles though this same dealership), I didn’t give the purchase a second thought. Unbeknownst to me,… my vehicle had after market brakes, rotors and shims. I took it back to the dealership and almost without hesitation, they told me they would replace all the parts and labor on their own dime ( over 1k). Having purchased 3 vehicles from Kendall Lexus I have one question? Why would anybody buy anything but a Lexus from Kendall Lexus of Eugene? Rick Foster was great to work with very friendly and helpful, he was able to answer all our questions and we had a lot. He kept us updated on every step of our car from… going into production all the way to when it would be on the lot and ready for us to pick it up. When we picked up our car Rick went in early to make sure everything was ready and set for us as soon as we got there. He bought us coffee on the test drive and he even got us nice gift box with wine, chocolates and nuts. Rick went above and beyond to make our experience great and made sure we were happy and got everything we were looking for in the car.
