Worst Car Dealership Ever

New car purchase at Kendall Honda Eugene
by PylonChamp on 05/13/2021Was greeted by Brycen Hill, the salesman and he was able to show me a 2021 CR-V Hybrid that I was interested in. He was able to explain the options the car had and that there were two available. Very attentive and polite. We soon had a good… rapport and I asked him how much of this I could do online to get the transaction going. I was able to send information from home and came back the next day to continue the deal. Very happy with the financial manager Jordan Rubenstein. He explained the many options available to me and the warranty and service extensions which I ended up being interested in after his excellent explanation. Overall very good experience. Thank you Brycen and Jordan (Ruby).We are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience!

100,000 Mile Service

ONLINE BUYING--LOOK ELSEWHERE
by George Messersmith on 01/28/2021I made an ONLINE OFFER to Eugene Kendall Honda on an advertised vehicle and requested a specific cost reply. I received an UNSPECIFIC REPLY about coming in for a test ride from Isaiah Boles. When I replied back to the Kendall Sales… Consultant about NOT receiving the REQUESTED SPECIFIC RESPONSE he informed me the vehicle in question was sold (it's still listed as I write--must be a bait vehicle), that his specific reply back to me must have gone to my span mail (i checked & it didn't) and said he had informed the GM & Sales Mngr per my request about me disappointment with the lack of candor (doubtful). I have purchased 2 new ONLINE Honda vehicles within the past 2 years. SINCE I DIDN'T RECEIVE STRAIGHT FORWARD & HONEST TREATMENT FROM KENDALL THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE MY BUSINESS. It's a pretty simple consumer decision. If you want to buy a vehicle ONLINE, LOOK ELSEWHERE.Hello, we regret to hear that your sales experience was anything less than excellent. Since we had driven 30 miles to the dealership to view another 2016 CR-V which didn't fit our needs I asked the salesman Isaiah if the "coming soon"… vehicle was on site yet. He researched the vehicle and said it was on site and currently being detailed but wouldn't be available to show for a few hours. I told him we lived 30 miles away and would like to see it right away. He took us to the detail shop, we liked it, scheduled a test drive for later that day and bought it. He went over and above for us.Michael, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations!
