  • Strange Noises

    When I started to drive, there was a strange boise coming from the engine compartment. Since thw wngine light didn't come on, I slowly drove from the residential area to a commercial area, arriving close to midnight. I parked my pickup at a McDonald's and called for a taxi to take me home. Since the noise sounded serious, I only trusted the Chevy dealership to find the problem and properly fix it. In the morning, I called the service department and made an appointment to have it checked out. As luck would have it, the dealership was on the same street where I parked, a few blocks away. As soon as I arrived, an initial diagnosis was performed and it was determined to be the power steering pump. I was invited to wait in their lounge. When lunch time came, they proved a shuttle to any of the many restaurants in the area. Checking other systems, the brakes needed attention too and they performed the needed work. They constantly kept me updated of the status. When finished, the provided an itemized list of parts and labor and told me all of the other systems they had checked and found satisfactory.

    Shane in Service Department was outstanding in taking care of my needs in repair of my Chevrolet Colorado. He was really good at contacting me with prompt followup on status.

    Had my 50000 mile service, got my car back as promised. Only complaint I have is after spending $1000 why not wash the car?

    Had a great expereince with the Service Dept. the other day. We were well taken care of by Terry and fellow staff members. The work performed was prompt and accurate, and done well. The customer service we experienced from Terry was outstanding. The whole department seems to have a new vitality to it and we appreciate the more professional and kind care than in the years past. Good work, Chevrolet of Bend!

    Love getting my car serviced here. I have came here since i got my car two years ago and i drive alot. I have already gotten a tune up on my car and the service was great. Although they did make a mistake on my car. They repaired it for free gave me a great brand new loaner car for the dut Ration of fixing my car. Yay totally appreciate everything they did.

    Got me right in as I had an appt for some updates, and got the call on the truck being ready in less than 3 hours. They offered to drive me home after drop off, but I had my wife already scheduled.

    Chevrolet Cadillac of Bend overcame all obstacles to get my oil change & service inspection. City power had failed over a large area. The outage lasted hours and with customers pouring in it could have been a disaster. Not so, the service personnel handled it all professionally, politely, honestly and when the power came back on the techs made up time and got the job done. I am very pleased with the service and how honestly and politely I was treated. Thanks, Willy Z
