My new Q4 Etron Sportback

No Better place to buy a new or used car
by Matthew on 06/29/2022Let me start by saying we have been going to Audi in Bend now for well over 6 years with the intention of purchasing a new Audi. On our first visit to Audi, in Bend, we met with Kathy. Kathy is a professional when it comes to sales, though… we did not purchase at that time, it was because of Kathy that we made the repeat visits year after year. We live in Medford, Oregon, which is about a 3 hour commute to Bend, so yes, we were serious about purchasing from Audi in Bend at some time. When we came to Bend this time, my wife had just lost her mother, and 7 months prior to that she had lost her father. She was in an emotional state and certainly not ready to make a purchase, however we did test drive an Audi Q5 and honestly we were close to making the purchase that day. We instead opted out and made the commute back to Medford. After deliberating over the car on the way home we decided if Caelin , the manager would give us a bit more off we would purchase the car. Stefan Wutte called us the following day with news that Caelin was going to reduce the price of the car ...to exactly what we were looking to spend. We made our return trip to purchase our new Q5. It was a special order that was not picked up, with the black out package it was exactly what we were looking for. The purchasing experience was the very best that I have ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Stefan Wutte, though very new at sales was excellent in his communications with us. David Koff is the Audi Technologist...the tech geek. He is amazing and truly knows the Audi inside and out. Pat Knifin the finance manager was great, he made the usual offers that F&I make and we made the appropriate choices based on our realistic needs. Chris Root and Mr. Caelin were professional on every level. If you are looking for a great buying experience with absolutely no pressure, then I advise you to seek out Audi, in Bend. It is a long drive, but worth every bit of the drive. While you are in Bend, you can certainly enjoy the Mill district with fantastic restaurants and a wonderful walk along the river. No matter what part of the state you live in, a drive to Bend to make your next new or used car purchase is certainly worth the time. Again, I want to thank Kathy, Stefan Wutte, David Koff, Caelin, Chris Root and Pat Kniffin for making this such a pleasurable experience for the Wright family. And, thank you for your patience with us, it took us several years to make up our mind, but you made the time very well worth it.On behalf of all of us at Kendall Audi of Bend, I would like to thank you for sharing this great review about our dealership! The acceleration and passing is phenominal, the ride is comfortable and quiet, the stereo system is… concert quality, the range of driving per tank is amazing. We love the electronics and gadgets, the high ride, the panoramic roof, the comfort of the seats, the easy to read dash and data screen, this is a truly amazing, luxurious and wicked fast auto. Buying from Rick Mosley at Kendall Audi Bend was a superior experience, he has vast knowledge of all things European and helped guide our decision making.Great Customer Service!

For delivery of our new 2020 Audi Q5e Hybrid ... Ian Smythe did his usual excellent job to help us learn the intricacies of the new Hybrid and get out on the road! Even the navigation database was updated prior the sale. Great Purchase Experience

When a new Q7 with my preferred color was not available in their… inventory, the Kendall staff went out of their way to locate what I wanted and arrange a dealer trade. I ended up purchasing a brand new Q7. Ian Smythe took the time to carefully review how everything worked and assisted with connecting the blue tooth and apple car play with my phone, etc. I even received a follow up phone call to check in several days after the purchase. We did a custom order Q5 and everything from the initial conversation, negotiation, wait and pickup of the vehicle went very smoothly. Communication was always easy and they answered the many… questions we had. It was never a pushy or dismissive service. We flew into Bend to pick up our new vehicle and they even picked us up from the airport. Trevor and the team spent alot of time getting us all set and and familiar with the car.
