I originally went in expecting to purchase a used Q7. Ian Smythe was very professional and took the time to give me all of my options for both used and new vehicles. When a new Q7 with my preferred color was not available in their inventory, the Kendall staff went out of their way to locate what I wanted and arrange a dealer trade. I ended up purchasing a brand new Q7. Ian Smythe took the time to carefully review how everything worked and assisted with connecting the blue tooth and apple car play with my phone, etc. I even received a follow up phone call to check in several days after the purchase.
