GREAT deal on my new 2024 Jetta GLI and I couldn't be more impressed.

Milo Flores was my sales person and honestly I couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with his efforts to help me get the BEST deal on my brand new 2024 Jetta GLI 40th Anniversary edition! He went above and beyond for me, even… going as far as replying to a message when he wasn't even on the clock (sorry about that Milo). My experience here was great, and I've owned A LOT of Volkswagens over the years and have dealt with many dealerships. Go here if you want to be treated with respect and be taken care of the best!

Note: The only thing I wasn't super impressed with was the 3% credit card charge, but I guess that's a small price to pay when you get such a good deal on your brand new car ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We were greeted by Jim and he was able to answer all of the questions we had regarding the VW Atlas. He was very knowledgeable and… friendly. We were able to test drive an Atlas Cross Sport and fell in love with the car. Jim let us take the car home for the afternoon to really get a feel for it, which was a huge selling point for us as we were able to test out our car seats and see how the car would fit in our garage, etc. He was understanding of our situation when we returned the car, but ultimately we went back the next day to purchase the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jim. We didn't feel any pressure to purchase and felt they really listened to what we were looking.Great customer service

We were immediately greeted by a new sales associate who after talking with us suggested we work with a more experienced sales guy to ensure we were getting the… best and up to date information. Thomas provost came out and asked us some question including our names and didn’t forget them which is huge as most people in our experience do. He was so helpful, he started the cars up for us. To help cool them down since it was a hot day! He Showed us all the features,etc. since we are about to have a baby I felt one car might be too big for me so he had a few other options to show us to see if they might be a better fit. We ended up buying a brand new vehicle( which my husband swore he would never do) the rates were lower than our own credit union (surprising) and he really worked with us on price, warranty options, and threw in a few vw goodies that my husband really wanted! The customer service we received was excellent! He went above and beyond to explain the perks of buying with them and ultimately we left happy with our decision! Plus you can’t beat vw for safety so knowing we will have a baby in the back gives us peace of mind! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Thomas for your car needs!Great help!

Our plans changed over the course of a couple weeks and we decided to look at a Golf instead. Adam was available… immediately, easy to work with, patient withe us and our two children, and overall - just a wonderful human. It's rare these days. Jim was patient, low pressure and best of all knowledgable about my selection of cars from Herzog-Meier. He made the Experience pleasant, and the process was quick,… but thorough. I purchased a Certified preowned, 2014 Jetta TDI. I have come to love the TDI, and look forward to 17 years of reliability, performance and comfort that VW has consistently delivered to my family since 1992 when I bought my first VW. When I came to her with an offer I had received at a less-reputable dealership, she got back to me immediately with a better offer and explained the deal… points to me thoroughly and politely.
