I saw one pop up on the inventory list and contacted Sales immediately to hold the vehicle for me (before the pics and more information were available). Doug Galloway was able to save for me to view.… Proceeded to get it cleaned up and into the system. Bought it. Overall pretty good on sales/communication. I'm very happy with the sales handoff to give me a 'tutorial' on the vehicle. Something I didn't get when I bought a CPO from Niello Volvo in Sacramento. by David on 01/25/2023Took my car in for service. Received a text message stating I needed $8k of work. I questioned the work and involved their management to Identify that the car was not physically checked and the needed work was based off cars the cars… mileage. Charged diagnostic fees without consent. Asked me if the car had any noted problems at drop off and added $600 to my oil change bill telling me that it would cost thousands in corrective services. I would only go to this business for auto work covered under warranty. Update: When I pick my car up it was filled with water. Service dept told me my car must have a leak. Had the car tested for leaks at a different service dept and no leaks were found. Quoted $1500 to dry the car. With the events that took place questioning the $8k in recommended services, was I retaliated against? I feel this water issues should be rectified by Herzog-Meier.Doug and the team are awesome!

Doug was kind, speedy, and seems to genuinely enjoy his line of work which made for great… energy as I went through the buying process. Graham was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with great information. He let me spend plenty of time driving the car, which made… it a very useful test drive. Really… made purchasing a vehicle experience quite wonderful instead of the typical experience. In addition to Doug's positive assistance, Chris was fantastic during our selling of our old car process. Really appreciate the fair offer done very quickly. by Michael and Cindi Curtin on 07/09/2022We first met Graham and we looked at a few XC60’s on the lot and he was a no pressure sales guy, which was welcoming as other dealers / brands have been very pushy, in the past. Graham showed us everything about the 2022 XC60 along… with a test drive , and then found one for us to purchase. A very smooth process from the beginning . Thomas gave us the tech run thru and paired our phones as well. Very knowledgeable on the system while understanding the general frustrations that can arise.. Fortunately, we’ve owned other vehicles and currently that are newer with the infotainment screens , so it’s just a matter of how the Volvo experience is just different .. The dealership is clean and inviting . Enrique handled the transaction and we were not bombarded with the finance options that other dealers / brands try to push / sell . That part took less then 10 minutes . This entire experience is how any car dealer should do business , unfortunately not many do. Herzog -Meier Volvo definitely does .Herzog Meir Volvo is the very, very Best!!!

by Charlie on 04/27/2021Purchased a Volvo XC60 T8 Inscription through the Overseas Delivery Program. Test drove similar hybrid cars from local dealers and decided on the Volvo. The car was ordered in October 2019 and completed in December with the wrong seat… color. Volvo rebuilt the car with the correct seats and we received the car in April. What a great car!! We are very pleased with our decision. We worked with Steven and Kris at Herzog Meier and they handled us very well. Steven was our contact person. He answered our questions and followed up with information to keep us informed. We would recommend Steven if you are looking for a Volvo.3rd time buyer happier than ever
