They were not pushy and made it a very easy buying experience! We did most of the deal over the phone and came in to sign papers. They had everything ready for us and made it a quick and easy transaction.

I continue to be impressed with the customer service given at Damerow Ford. Kylle McCullah was my service rep this time. He was kind, attentive, and answered all my questions. It is refreshing to sit in the waiting room and listen to… other employees interact with each other and with customers. When it was time to leave and I had one more question, Bryant Dwyer took the time to help me.

Bought a 2019 Fusion Energi at Damerow

It was fairly speedy, it only took about three hours from start to finish. I already knew exactly which vehicle I wanted to purchase so I did not need a long test drive or sales pitch. The price was fair.

I brought my new Ranger in for a recall on the vehicle. Bryant met me and made everything really easy. I drove up from Corvallis and he even was able to let me use a vehicle for a couple of hours so I could run an errand while the… technicians worked on it. Overall awesome service experience.
