Damerow Service puts the customer first!

onI came in for an oil change and mentioned an intermittent electrical problem that was not showing symptoms at the time. Kyle and I agreed we would check for codes and if none, wait till it did it again and bring it in. But Kyle took it upon himself to do some research and found a TSB on the problem and performed a firmware update. That is putting the customer's perspective first and is what I would consider excellent customer service!
