This dealership uses false advertised low pricing to get customers.

If the first contact with a dealership is based on a lie, one cannot trust anything the dealership said from that point on. Don't deal with this dealership is my advise.

INCREDIBLE experience !

I went in today not expecting much. Seriously, I HATE shopping for cars ! The whole process, in the past, always left me feeling like I was taken advantage of. Not this time... I worked primarily with Amy and when it was time to make a… deal, Bradley helped to close it. The experience with both of these individuals was GREAT ! They made the process absolutely painless and pleasant ! NO KIDDING ! I had two vehicles to trade in and, honestly, did not expect to get the value I wanted. I was VERY pleasantly surprised when they gave me my asking price for both vehicles. I would ABSOLUTELY, without hesitation, recommend Damerow Ford when it comes time to purchase a vehicle.

I was worried about stepping on a car lot. I don't like to be pushed or sold. The sales people we worked with (Larry and Elizabeth) were perfect. Relaxed and laid back. Answered my questions, gave me good information and let me make my own… way through the process. Then in finance, working with Amanda, was again a delightful experience. She was friendly and informative and we got through the whole process quickly. I'm sure that there were many others working behind the scenes and I don't want to leave them out. It was a great experience for me and my family for our first brand new truck.

Airbag recall

Chase Shank was the salesperson who responded to my initial email inquiry about a vehicle listed on website. We were in communication about said vehicle for over a week prior to my even being able to come in and look at it. Chase was… friendly and responsive. When I made it into the dealership his customer service, as well as Bradley and Mike's, continued to be friendly and professional, making the car buying experience a positive one. Damerow Service puts the customer first!

I came in for an oil change and mentioned an intermittent electrical problem that was not showing symptoms at the time. Kyle and I agreed we would check for codes and if none, wait till it did it again and bring it in. But Kyle took it… upon himself to do some research and found a TSB on the problem and performed a firmware update. That is putting the customer's perspective first and is what I would consider excellent customer service!
