    Best dealership and place for service in the Portland Vancouver area. The dealership where I live that sells Hyundai’s is really bad for both service and dealership. So I drive quite a ways to go to Beaverton hyundai because they’re so good with both. They also have a new guy in the service department that is really good and really accommodating.

    I have been going to Beaverton Hyundai for the past 2 years since getting my Ioniq even though there was another Hyundai dealership closer by. They were always kind and provided great customer service every time I went.

    Great customer service especially from Travia wh was my salesman when I leased my Elantra. I came to pick up new floor mats as a had a defective one l. I parked over by show room as there was no parking at parts. Trail saw me gave a big wave and came out escorted me to parts and then replaced my mats. Can't say enough good things about Travis and Beaverton Hyundai.

    Quality work for my 90,000 mile service, factory recall and alignment. Big free loaner and finished as promised - Stephen did a great job. One of the issues I had in the past was not having a loaner for work taking all day. This was a problem for me and once in the past they sent me over to Enterprise which was a huge time waster. Having the loaner for anything taking over a couple of hours will keep my service business with Beaverton Hyundai.

    This is without question the best service center I have experienced and, as a result, felt compelled to write this review. It is the trust and honesty, unfortunately rare in this business, that I am most pleased with. I have dealt mostly with Dan and Brandon and would recommend them as the go-to guys. I have found that any concerns or problems I have are addressed without any pushback or obfuscation. I obviously highly recommend this service center especially if you have had the quintessential bad car experience.

    I made the mistake of taking my wife's 2006 Azera to Jiffy Lube for a "quick and convenient" oil change 3 months ago. Yesterday, I took it to Beaverton Hyundai; they were just as quick to complete the job (even though Jiffy Lube is closer to where we live). The Service Manager at Beaverton Hyundai however, noticed that Jiffy Lube forgot to change the "O" on the oil filter, resulting in a substantial amount of oil on top of the engine block. Not only did they correct the problem, but they also thoroughly cleaned the engine and washed the car. NO MORE JIFFY LUBE FOR ME!

    As a first time new car owner, I have very little experience with service facilities other than that of my local jiffy lube which leaves a lot to be desired under the column of true customer service. Due to this lack of exposure, I have very little to gauge against other that of the horror stories that I have heard of overpriced, unscrupulous dealerships preying on new vehicle owners hanging the fear of "losing our warranty" over our heads, (as if diving into a 5 year financial relationship with a vehicle isn't enough to be afraid of). And as I am typically not one to waste my time ballooning the head of the corporate man, I must tell you about the surprisingly satisfying relationship I have established with the Beaverton Hyundai service department. I have found a level of trust and service with this company that I can equate with no other retail experience I have ever had. The staff has found a way to take care of me and my vehicle in such a way that I will never trust another shop with my vehicle as long as I am in the portland area, even if I trade out of my Hyundai (which I currently happen to love). Simply put, Beaverton Hyundai service department truly seems to know the meaning of "customer service", and I would recommend any one who has that fear of "the dealership devil", to this one who has found a way to rise above the rest.
