More then expected.
by Fonza on 03/31/2025Went in for a oil change with wifes car it had some parking lot scrapes on the passenger door. I asked if they had a detail person their today they said he would check it out.. And when they finished with the oil change I went to my car and… they buffed the scrape out at no cost to me. That sold me on this dealership. We bought two hondas from them and will be customers from now on.👍Worst "SERVICE" ever!

Had my car for 2 + months last year, replaced many things trying to "fix" the issue, including putting in a new computer at the cost of $1200, only to have it be a sensor...had my car start doing the SAME… EXACT thing a year later, took it back, told them to look up my records from last year and to fix the very last thing that they did last time because that fixed the problem-it is now day 4 and they I am arguing with them about it-they REFUSE to just fix the thing they did last year-they want to try to "Figure out" why it's "throwing the codes" - Also, they NEVER return calls- I am STILL waiting for a call back from a guy that was going to "call me back after lunch"....it's been over 24 hours. NEVER NEVER NEVER take your car here for service!!!!!!!!!Honda CRV Headlight Chronic Problems
by oprr on 05/04/2009I have owned this Honda 3 years and have 45,000 street-only miles on it. I have gone through 7 low-beam headlights, both sides of the car. Bill Rogers Honda has told me: it is normal wear and tear, it is because I drive with my lights on… all day, it is because I drive off-road, they don't know, do I know. They are not taking responsibility for this problem, they do not call me back, they make me feel like they wish I would go away. I am very unhappy.
