I got a wonderful sales person named Dejon on my first call to set up a test drive. Took my grandaughter with me and we loved the Jeep from the very start. I already knew I wanted one of these and Devon made the the experience so easy and pleasant. I told her what I wanted and two weeks later I’m in my wonderful new Jeep! First time buying a car on my own so a little anxiety at first but quickly went away after working with Dejon

Just Terrible

Unbelievably Bad. It took over two full days for an oil change. $140 for an oil change is way out of line. Terrible communication. Even when we reached out via the supplied text - no response. Tried calling multiple times for an update and was put on perpetual hold.

Poor communication, lack of trust

I have no confidence in the recommendations which were made for additional services. I asked for a specific time table for how long the repair would take and was told days to weeks, which makes it extremely difficult to schedule a rental car. I was told the broken part was allowing oil to leak, but I've never seen oil beneath my car and I park in a garage.

I called and got an appointment and repair next day...did Suggest services that had already been done. Declined because regular service not needed for 4,000 more miles..wasn't given a time or price for repairs. Just priced of things I didn't need...but they made repair to window in six hours.

Don’t listen to the Scheduling Call Center Agents

The Call Center Agent said the Diagnostic work could get done if we got the truck in before 5pm. The diesel tech was out for two days. But our Service Advisor, David Howell, even worked on a sick day and went above and beyond to keep us informed so we could adjust our travel plans accordingly. The Service shop is the best in the Tulsa area. Trust us we know unfortunately. Extra work was completed to ensure a safe and reliable hauling vehicle. Ask for David Howell, you won’t be disappointed IF you understand there may be obstacles in accommodating your unique service requirements.

Scheduled Appointments mean nothing, at least on a Saturday!

I scheduled my appointment for 9:30 for the 120,000 mile maintenance, because of email reminders from South Pointe. I would wait at the dealership. When I arrived, Rick did tell me it would be as long as 3 to 4 hours. At 11:30 he told me my car had gone in so I told my daughter who was driving up from okmulgee to get me never mind I would just wait. A couple more hours passed and I find my car still has not been worked on. I had an appointment at 3:30, which Rick kindly offered to take me to as there was no way my car was going to be ready. he picked me up at 5:15 and my car still wasn’t ready. They had recommended an air filter change so I told him to go ahead. I waited another 45 minutes, only to be told they didn’t have the filter it was 6:01 before I left with my car. I had left before I realized that they still did not fix my windshield wiper fluid, which I had specifically mentioned when I arrived, and my low pressure warning was on for two of my tires. Rick was great and very kind, so I voiced my frustration as graciously as possible but in no way came close to conveying how upset I was about the entire day I had lost. I’m going on vacation Tuesday and had errands to run Saturday which did not get accomplished. At this point, I do not know that I will go back to South Pointe for service - at one time I counted 17 people in the waiting room. Standing room only!

Took my vehicle in for oil change early in the morning. Customer service was great. The price was right, they put together a nice report for me from their free inspection. I enjoyed a nice complimentary cappuccino and noticed an assortment of pastries and snacks while I waited in the lobby.
