Warrenty repair for window leak

byJeepGirlon 08/24/2018

There was some confusion on my part as to when the Jeep would be repaired. They told me the part would be in Monday, and I thought it would be ready to pick up Monday. They got me into a rental though, and had it done next day though. So far, so good. We had a pour down the next day,and no water leaking! And my rental Jeep Wrangler was super fun to drive around.

Great service and great price!

byRebeccaKon 08/23/2018

There was no pressure by the sales team. They let us take our time to buy the right vehicle, and were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I highly recommend this dealership!

Good Service

byjeepowner5on 07/09/2018

I bought my vehicle in Ohio prior to relocating to Tulsa in 2015. I have serviced my vehicle at South Pointe since relocating and they always take care of my needs in a timely professional manner with no issue. One critique is the waiting area could be upgraded and maybe a few tables between the rows of chairs to set drinks, etc. on.

Buyer beware!

byQcman83on 06/28/2018

I have been waiting 16 days for a response from email to there service manager, Roy Hill. I'll leave the details out of this. This guy's lack of response to me, and I have purchased several new trucks from this dealer, has lost them a customer for life. They do not care about the customer. I have a new ram with 6K miles on it, purchased from South Pointe Tulsa, and they could care less. Find another dealership!

Warranty warning!!!

byThomaslockharton 05/16/2015

*WARNING!! WARRANTY WARNING!* We bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara brand new at South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We did not care to get the extended warranty but the guy in financing told us that if we never used the warranty we would get all of our money back (not a prorated amount). He even highlighted in the paperwork where it said that. So, we paid $2700 for the extended warranty that we didn't want in the first place. Flash forward to this year. We traded in the Jeep to buy a truck. We had never used the warranty. We called South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge to get our money back for the warranty. Julia Matulis told us that since we didn't keep the warranty for the whole time we would only get 27% of what we paid back. The warranty was for 6 years, 72,000 miles. We had it for 5 years, 50,000 miles. WE WERE NEVER TOLD WE HAD TO KEEP THE WARRANTY UNTIL IT EXPIRED TO GET 100% OF THE MONEY BACK. We were told if we never used the warranty, we would get 100% of what we paid back. I drove there to talk to Julia Matilus in person. I showed her where the finance guy had highlighted saying we were getting 100% back. She told us that if it were their other finance guy she would believe that he lied and she would do something about it but not the one we had because she had known him for 5 years and he would never mislead us. She said its a he-said/she-said matter and she believes him, not us. He told us we would get 100% of the money we paid back. He skipped over the fine print saying we had to keep it for the life of the warranty to get the 100% back and purposefully mislead us. Now they refuse to help us in rectifying this matter. We will NEVER purchase from company's who hide things in small print, blatantly lie to us, and treat us with such disrespect. We would have gladly referred all friends and family to buy from South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge but now I will never. Julia Matilus and everyone else we talked to about this matter have been extremely rude and unhelpful.

Never going back there again - Ever!

byHackedon 05/06/2015

Brought my new Jeep Wrangler in for what I thought was a minor squeaking brake. The initial visit resulted in a "couldn't find anything". Brought it back a few months later after not being able to tolerate the squeak any longer - this time they found the issue - a bent axle. The Service Manager told me it was a result of off-roading (the vehicle had never been off the pavement - if so the tech would have found dirt in the undercarriage - I'm not stupid!). Then he said that I must have driven over a curb. Really! Drive a Jeep Wrangler over a curb and get a bent axle. Ended up costing me $800. Service Manager might have saved the dealership some money, but cost them a customer. I've bought a new car for my wife and co-signed for a new car for my daughter in the last month - neither of which was from a South Pointe dealership - never was an option - never will be - ever again. Sorry this had to turn out like this - guess I'm due for a "I told you so" from my friends that had warned me....

Letter to Service Manager:

byunsatisfied31on 04/08/2015

Thank you, but rest assured that I will not be using your service department, nor will anyone that I speak to. When I purchased the vehicle, the so-called detailing was apparently a quick vacuum and a shot of smelly. There was trash in the pockets, dirty windows, and not even a good washing, much less any polish. I don't buy the sorry excuse that the detailers don't work for Southpointe. I don't think it was the detailers who overfilled the oil and took 4 hours to mount tires. I can't help but believe the shimmy in the wheel is because the new tires were either not balanced or balanced incorrectly. I wish that I had read the deplorable reviews on your website. I would have gone elsewhere as I will in the future. Service Department should mean Customer Service.

thrown out of service

bymoparchris1on 03/22/2015

Went to Southpointe Dodge in Tulsa,Ok for service work. Here is my experience. I had my car in for brakes & trans fluid change & felt that the $41 shop charge was excessive for the work done. When I went to talk to the service manager Phillip Nash, He was very hostile, belligerent & screamed at me, eventually throwing me out of the service dept. & telling me to never come back again. This was a very childish attitude, so I went to the general manager who seemed to be helpful & said he would talk to Philip & call me back. He never did. Too bad service is ruined by such a horrible manager like Philip Nash, because they have some great mechanics & service writers. FYI; I have no problems with the parts or sales depts. just service.
