    I was informed that service was due. Scheduled the appointment online. BMW picked up my car and serviced it and bright it back super fast and easy! Paid online and interruption my work day! So convenient!!! Thanks!!!

    The work was done in a very timely manor. Everything was great, but I did notice my car wasn’t vacuumed this time. Now it wasn’t dry dirty inside anyway. But every time in the last 10 years, it was vacuumed. The only difference this time, I didn’t need a loaner and leave my car for 2 days. I will be back in a year for my next checkup. Thanks

    Appointment for service was made at 9:15. Backlog of cars in front. Never greeted until 15 minutes later and finally dropped off the car by 9:50. Just for an oil change. Received service report at 2:40 but could not verify car was washed and ready. Called 4 times and left two messages and one email. On 5th call waited on the phone before someone picked up and said it should be ready by 5:00

    We consider BMW Tulsa family. Everyone in the family drives a BMW, but we managed to get a great deal on a nice used truck. We wouldn’t have wanted to buy from anywhere else. It was nice keeping business within ‘the family’!

    Mike was quite helpful and the timelines and quality of work was just fine. However, I called four times before I could speak to somebody and schedule an appointment. I had a couple questions so I did not just want to book online. The first two attempts resulted in e being on hold 9 -10 minutes before I gave up. On the third attempt, the receptionist took my number and said a service representative would call me back - which never happened. A couple days later, I tried again and was able to get through
