    No second key fob, no spare and jack .alternator failed second day after getting home with car something wrong with suspension the salesman put car in sport mode as soon as we drove off the lot bothrear tire shot after a week dealership does care sales manager and service manager supposedly drove car before p

    I want to thank Marco and Jay for the very pleasant experience of going to Tulsa and buying the M2 Competition. We saw the car on the internet and made arrangements remotely (my first time buying a car this way). My wife and I flew to Tulsa to take delivery. Marco was excelent arranging the delivery with a nice presentation. Everything  was in order. The car is great and exactly as represented (if not better!). The paperwork process was quick and effortless. We drove it to Dallas and then Austin and it was such a great experience. Enjoying it very much. I hope to go back to Tulsa for the next one!

  • Going Downhill

    Prices have increased and customer service has decreased. When you took your BMW in for service in the past the way they took care of you reflected the amount you spent to purchase your vehicle. You bought a luxury car and the service you received after the purchase was luxury. Now they take care of you like you brought a vehicle that is an economy car not a luxury vehicle.

    Heater went out on my X5 on my way to Tulsa Sunday—36 degrees. Dropped car at Tulsa BMW and Hunter was assigned to me. We were having early Christmas and I was leaving Wednesday.   • Failed oil change. The simplest task.

    Took the car in for an oil change with no oil leak. Came back with the drain plug stripped. They are saying it was already like that l. It wasn’t. They want me to pay 3800 to get it fixed. Don’t go here if you don’t like giving money away.
