    Very Pleased with Seth Wadley. Dealership was accommodating and not pushy. The overall experience was great. I got exactly what I wanted and was able to negotiate a reasonable deal. I would refer or return on future purchases even though it is about 45 mins from my Norman location.

    The employees at Seth Wadley Auto Group were friendly and accommodating. They worked very hard to find the car that I wanted and offered fair and competitive pricing. When I purchased my vehicle we negotiated on the car including floor mats. When we found out the car I purchased did not come with car mats they made sure to get them for me anyways. There service was much appreciated.

    I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer from Seth Wadley Dodge. I was pretty happy until I got home and found out I had a MYKEY which limits the functionality of my vehicle. In order to fix the issue a person needs two keys, problem is I only have one. I called my salesperson Andrew and thought I could get help, He informed me that the previous owner only had the one key and that I would have to buy another key. He said he would send me to service department and get me a real good price, This price turned out to be higher than anywhere else I called! I understand buying a key but at retail plus some? come on guys if you cared about me don't you think you could have waived the reprogramming fee? If this is the customer service a person can expect after the sell, then they must not care about their customers. I will not be coming back and do not recommend anyone buying a car from here unless you want zero help after the sell.

    Drove from Edmond to Pauls Valley to buy my new Jeep from Seth Wadley, they were helpful, knowledgable, and just all around great customer service. They showed me all of the tips and tricks to the new jeeps, and even helped me figure out the calibration of the compass!

    My husband and I were interested in seeing if we could trade up from our 2013 Dodge Ram to a 2014 Ram 4x4. Honestly, we were skeptical it would even happen! Boy were we surprised. We asked for Kaley G. since she had sold a Cherokee to my picky parents and they were very impressed with her. We told her what we were looking for and she came through for us. We also had our 3 year old son with us and everyone was extra friendly to him and making sure he wasn't getting bored. I totally recommend Kaley to anyone, she is Awesome!!

    The experience we had here was outstanding! If I could refer you to anyplace to buy a vehicle I will refer you to Seth Wadley! The people are friendly, they don't give you the run around, and they stand behind their word! They even got my payments cheaper AFTER we left! Thank you Seth Wadley!

    #1, buy your car from Seth Wadley Auto Group (Paul's Valley, OK). #2, pick Kaley G. as your sales rep. #3, if you experience problems with your new car like I did be prepared to be amazed and surprised at how much this dealership works to help you. They truly care about their customers in both the good times and the tough times. They are not your average dealership!
