Fantastic car buying experience
by Philip Diehl on 03/03/2024After having serious issues with another dealer, going to Jim Glover was like stepping into another world. The salesman showed everything upfront, didn’t try to hide anything and didn’t seem like he was trying to trick me. No one in staff… was pushy and the whole experience was enjoyable. We will definitely be back

Surprise experience
by M Booker on 12/13/2022With any car purchase, you almost dread starting the process. I expected the low ball , many excuses of why they couldn’t.. like many bad experiences in the past. This time was a rare exception !! I looked online first, looked up my trade… on KBB, knew what I wanted. Turns out I found a car on the lot liked better that was not on website. The salesman , Conner, was there to help me any way he could but was not pushy at all, made me no promises , but willing to put the effort in to help me get a good deal. I was in no hurry and really wasn’t ready to trade but gave it a shot. After letting them know what I needed to make the deal, I was expecting some push back, so I made some plans for dinner while I waited. They came back and accepted my offer , I was actually very pleased at how pleasant and easy it was to work with this team! As of now I would recommend going in and taking a look at the car you’ve been wanting, give them a chance to work for you, you could leave with one of the best car buying experiences of your life! .. side note .. they was no problem getting them to put there words (deal) into writing and signing to make it happen !Great buy on bad credit

I won’t names of the other dealerships but one tried to highball us on price sell us a cheap vehicle at a high price even though it’s not want we wanted. The other one tried to do the bait and switch… promising us the one we wanted but switching it to a bottom trim n charge more for it. These folks did exactly what they said price exactly and payment was what we were told. I highly recommend them Devin the sales guy and Tony in finance. Give them a trySam At Jim Glover Jeep

Craig in service was super helpful and let me I know daily via text of what was going on. I appreciate everything they have done… under their power. I had my eyes on a 2019 Grand Caravan and heard good things about this new location, but I actually found the same van a little cheaper on another dealer's… website. Turned out the other dealer didn't even have the exact vehicle but tried to sell me on something more expensive! When I got to Glover, everyone was so friendly and it didn't have a "pushy salesmen" vibe that so many dealerships have a reputation for. Brandon was great and made me feel like we were old friends. Financing was a breeze and the entire buying process had me in and out under 2 hours. Also, noticed a small scratch they buffed out for me later that day and delivered the vehicle to my home when it was done! Props to TJ and Ted for taking care of that! Even though it's a bit of a drive, definitely considering them for service as well just based on the awesome sales experience I had!Best place to buy a Jeep!

by kyle9999 on 01/04/2018this is the worst dealership i have ever dealt with in my life , i live 3 hrs away from this dealership and when i come to buy the car it has dents and paint chips in it that wasnt in the description online and you cant tell by the pictures… they posted i made them aware they said no problem it will get fixed, this was 11/17/17 its now 1/04/18 i STILL dont have any paper work for the car, registration to get any tag, i still have the 30 day tag that expired 12/17/17 and im still waiting for another temp tag in the mail , not to mention they told me to not pay the note because the bank keeps asking for more paperwork, today the bank calls me to tell me im 14 days past due and has no idea what the dealership is talking about , and im not getting any responses from the dealership no email, text or phone call returns , their lucky i live 3 hrs away
