Jim Glover Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

I dread the process of purchasing vehicles, but Glover made everything so easy. I had my eyes on a 2019 Grand Caravan and heard good things about this new location, but I actually found the same van a little cheaper on another dealer's website. Turned out the other dealer didn't even have the exact vehicle but tried to sell me on something more expensive! When I got to Glover, everyone was so friendly and it didn't have a "pushy salesmen" vibe that so many dealerships have a reputation for. Brandon was great and made me feel like we were old friends. Financing was a breeze and the entire buying process had me in and out under 2 hours. Also, noticed a small scratch they buffed out for me later that day and delivered the vehicle to my home when it was done! Props to TJ and Ted for taking care of that! Even though it's a bit of a drive, definitely considering them for service as well just based on the awesome sales experience I had!
