I recently purchased a Ford Bronco and had the absolute pleasure of working with Jeremiah throughout the process. From start to finish, Jeremiah was a breath of fresh air in an industry that can often feel overwhelming or overly… aggressive.
What truly set Jeremiah apart was his professionalism and respectful approach—he was never pushy and didn’t bombard me with calls or texts like so many other salespeople tend to do. Instead, he gave me the space and time I needed to make my decision, while still being incredibly responsive and attentive whenever I had questions or needed information.
Jeremiah listened carefully to what I was looking for, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure that the Bronco I drove off the lot in checked every box on my list. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale.

The sales rep, Carl Wemberley, was incredibly knowledgeable, and one of the most down to earth people I've ever met. When he wasn't sure about something that I… asked, he searched down the answer from another salesperson. He was upfront and transparent about all aspects of the purchase, and I respect him for it. Ford was promoting a Free Charger Installation with Purchase deal at the time. He and the other staff weren't super familiar with the process, but he didn't try to steer me in a different direction. He used it as a learning opportunity and has been very accommodating in navigating the installation process. I will definitely refer friends to Bob Moore, but more specifically, I'll refer to Carl specifically.Excellent experience

It was priced reasonably, our price negotiation was short and reasonable, and after putting down a deposit the dealership staff efficiently… worked through all the transaction's details. I was met at the airport, took delivery of my car and drove home (two states away) without any problems. A week later the title and other documentation needed to register the car in New Mexico arrived and earlier this week, I completed that at the MVD. Although the finance manager at Bob Moore had offered to further help if I ran into any problems with the documentation, there were none.Outstanding Dedication

Financing worked to… insure the optimal payment plan, with an outstanding APR, and insured the protection plans wanted were included. Bob Moore was the first to reach back out to me, so I went with them. Through out the whole process they were more than… accommodating. Even though I was very particular about how I wanted the vehicle to be handled ( I did not want them to unpack it, detail it, or drill holes in the bumper) They did everything I asked and even followed up with my to make sure they had everything correct with my order. Dillon handled everything for me and was so delightful to work with. I would recommend Bob Moore over and over again. They are awesome!! Ask for Dillion and you will not be disappointed.
