I had a smooth, pleasant and professional experience purchasing a low mileage, late model used car. It was priced reasonably, our price negotiation was short and reasonable, and after putting down a deposit the dealership staff efficiently worked through all the transaction's details. I was met at the airport, took delivery of my car and drove home (two states away) without any problems. A week later the title and other documentation needed to register the car in New Mexico arrived and earlier this week, I completed that at the MVD. Although the finance manager at Bob Moore had offered to further help if I ran into any problems with the documentation, there were none.
