    I bought my Nissan at a little shop and brought it to the dealership to get a thorough inspection since the vehicle was really high in miles. Chris helped me and was great. The best thing is they included some photos of issues they found which helped me better understand what may be wrong with my Used vehicle.

    It was great everyone was nice and helpful but I was told the oil was changed I looked at it and the oil is dirty and under the only floor mat was filled with dirt I dont call that being detailed and the windshield fluid was down pretty low

    I had a oil change service rep, said it would be a two hours wait but it done less than two hour so that was good.

    My first new car and this was the first time taking my Sentra to the Service Dept. Chris took the time to explain the service points and assisted me with finding a coupon I could use. He showed me the comfortable lounge where I could wait and where all the amenities and facilities were. The Service Department completed the service quickly and Chris reassured me everything on the car was just great and to let him know if I had any questions or concerns. I feel very confident having Bob Howard and Chris in charge of my vehicle maintenance.

    It was a Horrible experience. My apt was for 9:00am to get a oil change and rotate tires.They did not finish with my car until after 1:00 pm and tired to sell me some tires .I purchased my car new and only have 11,000 miles

  • An Unexpected Blessing

    As I was leaving my home this morning, my neighbor stopped me to let me know that there was something dragging underneath my Nisson Altima! Our son suggested that I go to Bob Howard Nisson to check it out! I did! Arriving, I was warmly welcomed…I shared what I thought was going on & they immediately took the car to check for themselves & to give the car further checking to make certain that everything was in order & that my care was safe! They returned with a report that there had been a recall on the hood latch (they fixed that) & fixed the cover that was dragging underneath the car for no charge! There were a couple of minor issues that could have become problematic down the road, so my husband had them fix those, too! Everything was very reasonable! And, I was treated with the greatest courtesy & respect! Robert Tibbs was an amazing help throughout my time at Bob Howard Nisson! I am grateful & blessed!

    came in and bought a car and not even 10 minutes off the property car is sputtering and i come back i kindly ask to pick a different car but they were saying in the state of oklahoma once you leave the lot they dont have to take the car back. but just because thats the law doesn’t give you the human right to be immoral. dealer started playing dumb: was it not like that during our test drive? it past all the checks? Clearly not. still have not heard from dealer on a update to them fixing the car. this is so embarrassing.
