    I brought my vehicle in for an oil change on a busy day and was told it would likely be 2 hours until it was done. They were done in less than an hour and I was able to get back to work quicker than expected. Friendly as well. Thank you!

    Received excellent service from Gary when I brought in my 2018 Rogue for AC fan repair. I bought a Nissan extended warranty last spring and only had to pay the $100 deductible for the replacement of the AC fan. Although part had to be… ordered and car left overnight- I was very satisfied with how I was kept informed.

  • Appointment System is worthless

    I arrived at my CONFIRMED appointment time of 8:15 along with three other people who also had 8:15 appointments. We were informed that this “appointment” was only for checking in and our oil changes would take 3 hours. She told me that… the best way to get prompt seevixs was to show up at 7 when they opened …. So REALLY it’s first come first serve so why present the illusion of being a company that is sophisticated enough to use a scheduling system? This is the third or fourth time, I have been amazed s as t the lack of efficiency with this service department, but I am done.

    Most times when I think of a car dealership I get nervous. Not this time. I felt like I was dealing with an old friend. Fred made this the easiest purchase I’ve ever made. Will Vaughn was amazing too. Very personable and professional.… Learned a lot about them both. This was more than a sale it was the continuation of a relationship. Drove all the way from KC for my Titan. Well worth the drive!!!

  • Long wait, rude staff, and now I’m leaking oil!

    I used Bob Howard Nissan for the first time as I just moved to Oklahoma. I scheduled an appointment and arrived around 9:30. At 11:15 I had to text the service advisor about my car because I couldn’t understand why an oil change had taken… an hour and forty five minutes. They came out with a list of caution recommendations for me to fix (transmission/brake/etc) despite it having been done within the last 5,000 miles. They also said they worked/refilled wiper fluid but that was untrue because I had just filled it completely the week prior. They also said my tires were worn and in okay condition due to living on a gravel road…. I just moved into my apartment this week, which is a gravel lot. That’s the first time this car has seen gravel. I strongly dislike being treated like a stupid woman because somehow having female anatomy means I cannot possibly know anything about my car or how to fix it myself. It is 2021 people, women don’t need you to mansplain about mechanical stuff to scare them into buying things they don’t need. It’s a disgusting tactic! Also, when I went to check out, the cashier was having a conversation with her coworker about her schooling, working towards a medical degree and didn’t say a word to me while she processed my transaction. I asked at the end if I would receive a survey link because I wanted to let someone know how disappointed I was in this first experience with them so they had their service manager call me, who argued with me about my car, and continued to mansplain. After a few minutes of him explaining why he was right and I was incorrect, I got off the phone. No sense in arguing when your point can’t be seen. Lesson of the day: be nice, and attentive to customers, and don’t treat women like idiots. If you don’t know the definition if mansplaining: the explanation of something by a man, typically to a woman, in a manner regarded as condescending or patronizing. Oh, and ever since my visit, my car is dripping fluid in my driveway that it hasn’t before, probably oil. Awesome! 10/10 do not recommend for people with female anatomy, or probably anyone.

    Dislikes: my car was dropped off in the morning. It was nearly 5pm before the work was even confirmed. I received a 2nd text at 5:15. I confirmed the work immediately. It said I'd be notified when it was ready. At 11am the next day, I… called and went through 2 people before they even found the order and then confirmed that it was ready. I went to pick it up. The total was much lower than what it was on the approved work. I learned then that the main reason for the car being in the shop was not done, despite my approval of it. I then spoke with someone at the desk who stated the technician was there that did the work but didn't think it couldn't be done that day and that the sales manager would be involved. No one has contacted me to resolve it. The ac that was serviced barely cools, the blinker isn't fixed and based on that, I'm scared they didn't even replace the oil.
