    Jacob was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. He explained that two of my filters were dirty and sent me a video of the filters as I waited in the customer waiting area. Then he came to me to ask what I thought. Because they were very dirty I had them repaced. I loved the way he sent the video so I didn’t just have to presume the filters needed replaced. I could make an informed decision as I saw them with my own eyes.

    They have a sign posted saying shop supplies is 12 percent of the total cost - I did the math on my receipt and it was 19.98 and they charged me $27. Once brought to attention he was very rude telling me they don’t do the math and it’s the same all the way around . Refused to honor the 12 percent statement set up on the wall for the public by saying it was a mistake and he doesn’t have to fix it . Very rude very unprofessional. I will not be going back.

    Came for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. The customer service, especially TJ, was super helpful and informative. Service was quick and sent me on my way in 2 hours. They didn't try to sell me on anything or push any other services down my throat.

    Experience started well, then negotiation process was ok but dealership has still not completely honored their written commitment. They were to fix sunroof shade and now it’s been a week with unfulfilled promises and lack of communication. It appears I am no longer a priority since they have their money.

  • Holiday Tune Up on my 2012 Accord

    I bought a new 2012 Accord for my son, who works full time and goes to school part time, so I take it in for service sometimes for him. December 19th I took it in for a holiday tune up. He needed the front rotors resurfaced and new brake pads, along with an oil and filter change. I told CJ, my service advisor, that he’d purchased a new battery at AutoZone, less than a year ago so it was good. They checked the battery anyway and it was already behaving sub-optimally, and with freezing weather in the forecast my son went back to AZ and got it replaced with a higher-rated battery. We keep great records but I couldn’t find where we’d ever changed the serpentine belt so CJ checked in another OKC Honda dealer records, just to make sure, so I went ahead and got that done (I have two sons, they each had an Accord and my wife had a Pilot and some service was done at another dealer as I live in between the two). The Accord only has 127,000 miles and my son plans to keep it at least two more years, he only has one semester left but wants to save up a down payment to buy a new Honda. CJ and Bob Howard do a fantastic job keeping my Honda’s running great!

    I always receive excellent service at Bob Howard Honda! This is the only place that services my Honda Accord whether it be routine maintenance or if a little problem crops up. Ernest went above and beyond helping me with service needs on my 2015 Honda when I was in there on November 25, 2022. He explained everything thoroughly, including pricing and I really appreciated it. The environment at the Bob Howard Honda service department is very welcoming. I wouldn’t take my Honda anywhere else for service.

    They recommend service that was done the previous time. This should not happen. You have to be your own advocate because you can't trust their claim to expertise.

    I had to order the car I wanted which is the norm these days. John was my salesman and he explained the process of buying a car now, letting me know what to expect. He was very good about calling me with updates, and when the car came in he was truly excited about it! I would recommend this dealership and John to anyone who is interested in buying a new car.
