Was gotten and waited an hour and a half
by Chibbychum on 09/09/2021Had an appointment for a oil change at 12pm. Waited till 1:30pm and went to check to see how much longer it would be. Service guy said they just got done and was about to pull it up front. When they brought it up front, no one came to tell… me it’s there and ready to check out. This service was an appointment. It shouldn’t have taken an hour and a half.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize that your oil change took longer than expected and that you were not notified that your vehicle was ready. Fast service
by Jeff on 09/09/2021I like the ease of scheduling appointments from your website. Everyone friendly and helpful. Service was completed In the estimated time they told me. When I went to the cashier to pay The $10 off coupon that I redeemed at the time of… scheduling online was not applied. The cashier explained that she cannot see It was redeemed. She went and got approval from the service department to apply the $10 off promotion. You would think that the redeemed coupon used at the time of scheduling would be available for the cashier to apply it.We are very happy to hear that we were able to provide you with an enjoyable experience! Vintage car purchase

Lovato pulled it up so we could glance at it on our way to dinner reservations. We didn’t have time to drive it.… The next day he sent us pictures at our request and more info. Way overpriced, but friendly service
by Philip from Missouri on 09/08/2021Over the Labor Day weekend me and my family took our Honda odyssey to Oklahoma City from Missouri where we live. Our van battery dash light came on indicating the alternator was not working properly. It was a Sunday on Labor Day weekend so… I waited until Tuesday to bring it in. Dropped it off and got a call 30 minutes later indicating it would cost around $900 to replace the alternator. $533 for the alternator and $335 in labor. Needing to get back home I opted for the repair though I was shocked by the cost. There was a mixup so they ended up taking almost 7 hours to get it done and probably only took them 45 minutes to an hour to do it. Which would mean I just payed them $335 an hour. It is because of this that I don’t normally bring my vehicle into the dealership. They are quite frankly just way way overpriced for parts and their hourly rate. I generally do my own work but due to the 93° weather and spending time with friends without many tools I chose the easier route to take it to Honda. However I had no idea it would come up to this much. I’m deeply disappointed that they would charge me this much money for a job that is so easy to do. I will certainly think twice before taking it to a dealer for service in a pinch in the future. I could’ve purchased a Denso Remanufactured Alternator from rock auto for just over $100 and put it in myself. My service manager was very nice and was able to even get me a few discounts but it didn’t take from the fact that I end up almost spending $1000. I should mention that the rubber seal that covers the alternator main wire was left off so I had to let the car cool down and put on myself. $335 for labor and I still had to complete the job. I love the ease of making appointments online, the coffee and water provided to waiting customers and never in the almost 4 years that I’ve owned… my 2018 accord have I felt the service department was trying to upsell some unnecessary service AND unlike my last car and service experience I have never ever been approached by a salesmen trying to sell me a car I didn’t come there to buy. 10/10 would recommend. Speaking of other service centers, I have had my car serviced according to Honda’s recommended schedule and I’ve never spent over $200 on any visit.We are very happy to hear that we were able to provide you with an enjoyable experience! What could have been several hours turned out to be a fairly quick oil… change and checkup.We are very happy to hear that we were able to provide you with an enjoyable experience! Buyer Beware “New Cars” may not be what they first appear
by Aaron Consalvi on 05/25/2021I purchased a "new" 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE from Hector and Lovato. When I arrived it was probably 30 minutes before closing and we did a quick walk around the "new" car I was purchasing. I did not test drive the car , since it was new,… and I told the salesperson I just wanted to make sure there were no dents, dings ,scratches or dead bodies in the trunk... "don't worry it's brand new" was his response. After signing the paperwork the dealership was closed and I had to wait for Lovato to come back and fill up the car . When he arrived again with the car I noticed a rock chip in the window. Lovato took a picture of the windshield and said not to worry he would Get it fixed . At that point is when I failed - I should have refused delivery of the vehicle and taken my trade in back. The next day my wife hand washed the car and noticed that there were Rockchips all over the bumper and drivers side head lamp. After several text exchanges , Lovato graciously agreed that they would "repair" the damaged windshield but not the Rockchips because I noticed after taking delivery ... yes my fault for trusting Lovato and buying a dirty car at nighttime. While car dealerships have evolved over the last decade, some of them remain less than ethical breading grounds for commission breath sellers .Sorry for the late response.
