    I brought my car into the service department after receiving a maintenance needed soon on my indicator. After arriving my service agent greeted me with quickness and with a smile to boot. He efficiently explained the codes and what areas needed to be fixed quickly or were a caution and to be aware of what is needed from the multipoint inspection. After explaining my situation to Tony he was quick to give me the answers I was seeking. He created a relaxed environment for myself as a customer and the knowledge required. Great job!

  • Existing Trade In Auto note not paid off

    The existing note on the car traded in has not been paid off as promised. The finance company is calling us for a payment and a late payment. They are telling us they will give us a bad credit report if not paid ASAP. Bob Howard is telling me to keep making payments on old car until Bob Howard gets around to making the payoff. This dealer charges a $550 processing fee, then does not process the deal causing financial damage to the buyer

    They fit me into their schedule and got me out the door, big win. But, the cashier was very rude. I asked a simple question about my vehicle and got the answer of "um you're going to need to ask that in a different way...." explained again and she still couldn't answer. Service writer came out and answered it with ease. Then, when asked to signature, I got a big sigh after asking "where would you like me to sign?". I then requested more information about what I was signing and was given no answer. She made it seem that I was the biggest pain and I was unimportant.

    I brought my truck in for a service I scheduled for the next day. To my surprise, they finished the service a day early - the same day I dropped it off for an appointment the next day!

  • Prices changed and more than doubled from quote

    Let me start off by saying the advisor was very polite and nice. Nothing bad to say about him. But I called to get a quote for a replacement spare key and was told the key was $150 and to program it was $90. My wife went to go get it done and was charged $165 to program it and even more for the key. So I was quoted $240 for the amount but come to get it done and it's over $350. I don't know if it's because a young woman came and got it done but that is not ok. I will be going and having words with the service manager

  • Most nervous part of my life, made CALM!

    I had bought in my car used with a third-party service warranty. My engine blew which put me in deep fear only driving about 8000 miles on the car absolutely nothing wrong with the Honda Accord it was just a fluke accident but man was I nervous the whole time and anybody would be. Bob Howard since took over the situation and acted almost like a Geico insurance agent where they just called me a very few select times and Andrew the service manager up there was completely polite polite completely punctual and made me feel very calm and like everything was being well taken care of and I appreciate that. Thanks Andrew! Thanks Bob Howard!

    My salesperson Steven Moore was incredibly patient, warm and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! Very courteous Sales Manager and Finance person. All in all, after waiting for my CR-V Hybrid to come in, it was a pleasant experience.
