    Very friendly and inviting place to shop for a new vehicle, Wes and the sales staff worked with us to come up with a fair deal that made sense for both sides and was very polite and professional 10/10. Did such a good job that we decided to… buy two new vehicles. will definitely be coming back when it’s time for another one.

    Sales man seemed on edge, not exactly what I would call polite or gentlemanly. I did get the car I wanted. I had previously bought the same type of Mini Cooper from another dealership Bob Howard Subaru dealership who were very welcoming… to the customers and treated them like guests complimentary beverages / sandwiches snacks. My mother felt slighted with the salesman. I bargained with the salesman and ended up with a decent deal. The gentleman Charles who handled the paperwork was very friendly. My experience wasn’t bad just lacking in the overall treatment customer service and treatment of guests.

  • Oil change and air filter

    Went in for oil change and air filter. I was also getting a slight front end road noise I needed checked out. Got the oil changed, but the tech didn’t reset the oil percentage back to 100%. Tech didn’t change the air filter. After filling… the tires he said they didn’t detect any noise. Nope. Still have the noise.

    Peggy Jones Service Advisor went above and beyond to get me the assistance I needed on my vehicle while out of town for work. I called the Bob Howard dealership and she sprung in to action and helped get my truck back to me in a reasonable… time frame. Commutation was top tier! It’s hard to find someone who cares in customer service these days. Ms. Peggy is the exception to the rule.

  • Simple service with a twist

    Went in for oil change, rotate and balance tires. But vehicle is 5 yrs, bought it when I retired, only 77,000 miles, I decided at last minute to flush radiator and put in new coolant,wise choice, technician found water hose from water pump… was cracked and slightly leaking. Thank you for being professional!

    Poor character dealership taking advantage of people during these rough market conditions. Ordered the vehicle through GMC and was assigned this dealership. Waited till the vehicle was almost delivered before holding it hostage with a… above MSRP market adjustment. They know buyers don't have any options and they can use it to there advantage. Pretty poor character in my opinion.

Even used ones like yours are selling for thousands over MSRP. The best part about your purchase is that your truck is worth significantly more than you paid for it.     Was able to get a last minute appt. Chad was very thorough and knowledgeable when I checked in. I ended up having to leave my vehicle overnight. He kept his word and kept me informed with the progress of my service. Peggy was awesome, as… always, when I went to pick up my truck.

  • Won’t go back.

    Took my 2017 GMC Acadia for oil change and tire rotation. Absolutely ZERO issues when dropping with the vehicle when I dropped off. Started up after service and both the ABS and traction control warning lights were on and the Acadia had… issues. Was told “from what we can tell” we didn’t cause any of the issues related to the warning lights and the vehicles erratic acceleration. They want $700 to repair a wheel sensor. It’s ironic…no problems to date…no warning lights…but as soon as they put hands to the vehicle for oil and rotate there’s problems. Bob Howard GMC offered NO help. It’s my first and last trip here.

As we mentioned to you when you were here, the parts affected are not located near the area of work that our technicians performed. This could potentially be a preexisting issue that your selling dealer may be able to repair for you. We would be more than happy to make the needed repairs for you at a discount.
