    The employees were friendly and there was a no pressure to purchase. I was giving an excellent deal and they worked hard to get my paperwork done and get me on my way. I was given a great deal the FIRST time, no running back and forth trying to make a deal. Thank you for that!!!!! All around a pleasant time.

    never felt pressure to commit to a certain car. I wanted to look and test drive several that I researched the night before. I was able to sleep on which one i liked the best and to it get my financing in line though my own bank and then come back pick the one I really wanted and sign my paperwork. The finance office took longer than I expected since we walked in with a pre-approval but still was not too bad. Would for sure go back if when I'm ready to buy another car.

    John didn't make it feel like a sale and let us move at our own pace. He would check in with us and keep us company while we were waiting for the car to finish up with detailing when were done with Vladimir in financing. Vladimir was informative and didn't make me feel pressured into choosing extra products. I think we chose the best package for my needs. I have terrible credit and he didn't make me feel judged which I appreciate. I'm grateful that Jim Norton was able to help me get into the exact car I wanted, with having terrible credit, while still being able to have GAP and a service contract.

    Laid back, no pressure environment... the internet team led by Katlynn, but to include Debbie, helped me to set up a time to look at the tahoe they had on their website! Bruce led me to Rachid, and he made the deal happen! They were fair with my trade-in, and made everything seamless! Vladimir was the last person I came in contact with in finance, he was funny and kept the mood calm as we got the financing sorted out and made sure I knew what all my options were!! Great team, full of great people...10s all over the place!!
