All in all, happy with the experience

onJohn didn't make it feel like a sale and let us move at our own pace. He would check in with us and keep us company while we were waiting for the car to finish up with detailing when were done with Vladimir in financing. Vladimir was informative and didn't make me feel pressured into choosing extra products. I think we chose the best package for my needs. I have terrible credit and he didn't make me feel judged which I appreciate. I'm grateful that Jim Norton was able to help me get into the exact car I wanted, with having terrible credit, while still being able to have GAP and a service contract.
