Terrible people selling junk knowingly

If you want to get robbed just go there, otherwise I wouldn’t give them any business.Thank you for your feedback about this sales issue you encountered with your recent purchase because that should not have happened. Unexpected failure

End to end service, courteous, knowledgeable in every aspect of the… vehicle we were purchasing having owned Hondas himself. New vehicle buying experience was very positive for me and my wife. Would purchase at the dealership again when need arises. Finance specialist/manager Robert Macon also was super courteous and knowledgeable in getting us the right warranty extension package needed to help keep our purchase protected.Thank you Shaun for your kind words for John and Robert! Superiority and condescension aren’t great customer service skills
by Kaylee on 03/05/2022These two stars are for the service mechanic who went above and beyond replacing all lugnuts on my vehicle despite honoring the quote for two and the payment receptionist who was calm and kind. Due to today’s events, I had to visit both… Bob Howard and Discount Tire. The difference in customer interaction was stark. Where the workers at DT were respectful and sympathetic, CJ at Bob Howard was arrogant and dismissive. I do not see a scenario where I would return my patronage to the Bob Moore auto group after today’s abhorrent service. Unsolicited advice: Either get CJ help for his little misogyny and body dysmorphia problem before he costs y’all more customers.Thank you for your feedback about your experience with one of our service members because that should not have happened. Update 3/8: A refund was issued to me and Service Manager Larry Palin assured me CJ would be getting a “heart to heart.”
Frustrated
by TA on 03/05/2022I was charged $160 for a diagnosis. Their idea to correct the problem was to take out brand new trailer wiring and hitch and replace it with their own for the measley sum of $1300. I have no idea if that was on top of the diagnosis cost.… When I bought the 3 year old vehicle, it had a the stuff needed to tow a trailer behind the it. Apparently there was a minor fender bender and messed the wiring up. No one seems to know how to put it back together without charging an arm and leg. The survey questions do not let us choose appropriate answers. It's not always a yes or no.Thanks for your feedback regarding the repair needed on your vehicle.
