Much To Be Desired
by Steph C on 12/30/2021Service guy we dealt with had absolutely no personality and when you’re in customer service you better find it! Oil change is outrageous. I have never paid over plus tax $29.95 for an oil change EVER and I’ve always had Dodges and it was… over $50. Only nice thing about today was I got a $20 discount. I took my truck in for some servicing for 2 problems and not only did they fix those but they fixed 2 other issues without charging me! They also got the job done at a nascar pace! I have had appointments for service before at other service centers that where less time consuming but this was the first time for this vehicle. Hopefully the next time it goes a little… quicker. Great service, but…

Went back and the service advisor tried to find it to no avail. The did state it… would be ordered and they will call once it arrives. It was st the farthest point in the back lot. This was a 1000 mike check up, wash… snd vacuum. They did not vacuum The service sept stayed on it until they got items fixed, which I appreciate
