Bait and Switch Pricing
by Dennis-S on 12/17/2019They Lie and are Deceitful about the actual price. Price will go up at Financing. Avoid this scam. It is all fraudulent. I do not understand why they cant just set a price and stay with it. I am currently in process of filing complaint… with the State.Bought my truck with no hassle.

We left early to make the 2 hour drive and had two conformation calls on the way there to verify that everything was a go. When we arrived at Patriot we… were brought into the dealership to wait while they brought around. Our name was listed on the top of their board so looked like we should be next in line, but nooo! Turns out they had sold the truck the day before!They lied

by Darrin on 02/16/2019I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet siverado from them on Feb2. On feb 4 the service airbag light cam on. I called the salesman and asked about it,said he would call back. Didn't.. I called back on Feb 11 and went to dealer on the 15th. Itys 2… hours from me. After they looked at my truck and figured out the problem they wanted $500 to repair. YES it was used BUT less than 48 hours of having it theres issues. I have delt with and seen other dealers who would have fixed the problem just to make it right. ITS NOT like I had it a month or even a week.IT WAS 2 DAYS.. They DONT seem to care !!!!!!! WOULD NOT or WILL NOT buy from them..EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELIVERY!

The vehicle needed to be delivered to me 7 hours away & Patriot agreed to the service. Paco (the porter) arrived with my vehicle and was… very kind and professional. In the future for our vehicle needs, i will definitely check Patriot first! Thanks again for the wonderful customer service.Never ever buy a car here!!!

Promise after promise until you sign the papers and then they act like you’re a lunatic when you want them to make good on it. I don’t know about… the service department, but the sales department (one guy in particular) is all about complete deception.AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have made several Internet purchases over the past 10 years that have been somewhat difficult to complete. I must say that this transaction was flawless. We had a slight haggle… over the amount of my trade-in but they came up and met me somewhere in the middle and I felt completely happy walking out of that dealership with my new truck! It may have been an 800 mile trip for me one way but it was completely worth it in the CUSTOMER SERVICE and warmth that I felt as I entered the dealership for my successful transaction. I would not hesitate for one minute to suggest to my friends or anyone to make the trip to McAllister for a friendly experience. I’m sure I will be making a future purchase somewhere down the line from Patriot!My experience with Patriot of McAlester.
