Mr. Brian Doyle made my Internet purchase a smooth success! I have made several Internet purchases over the past 10 years that have been somewhat difficult to complete. I must say that this transaction was flawless. We had a slight haggle over the amount of my trade-in but they came up and met me somewhere in the middle and I felt completely happy walking out of that dealership with my new truck! It may have been an 800 mile trip for me one way but it was completely worth it in the CUSTOMER SERVICE and warmth that I felt as I entered the dealership for my successful transaction. I would not hesitate for one minute to suggest to my friends or anyone to make the trip to McAllister for a friendly experience. I’m sure I will be making a future purchase somewhere down the line from Patriot!
