A bunch of nice folks
by Whomever on 09/05/2024Ok..but I have to be a little puzzled by their recommendation to think about changing/flushing the brake fluid as it is "starting to get milky looking".. I looked at my records when we got home and found as we just had the fluid… changed/flushed in 2023 by a Chevrolet Dealership..hummm....Maybe we have a problem that needs to be further diagnosed or .......??

High Service Charges
by diremb45 on 12/08/2016I thank your car dealership charges too much for services (mechanical services). $400 for a fuel induction service. $200 of that was for the 4 cans of BG cleaning solutions you used, or said you used. No wonder a lot of people thank car… dealerships are rip offs when it comes to cost of servicing a customers vehicle. Didn't even offer me a discount for retired military, senior discount or continued customer for numerous years.Excellent service

by hotmama40 on 10/08/2009Just had my Traverse in for normal service. While they were changing my oil they found a leak from my engine that I had forgot to mention. They gave me a ride to work and had it finished by the time I got off from work. They did a great… job, and very polite. Thanks Travis you guys are the best.
