But, after seeing the fresh new look of the Hyundai line, and the growing popularity, I decided to check them out. I called Regional Hyundai and spoke with, Devin Roberts.… His knowledge about the Hyundai line up was impressive, and I decided the Palisade was best suited for me. When I pulled up to Regional Hyundai, I wasn’t mobbed by sales people. The staff was super friendly, and Devin greeted me on the sales floor, and had the Palisade I wanted pulled up for me to check out. Devin, and the managers gave me a zero pressure experience at this dealership, and I am 100% happy with my purchase! Nicest Salesman EVER!!! See Dakota Adams to buy a car!
by TJ on 03/14/2024I am currently just window shopping with plans to buy sometime in the next six months or so. I happened to reach out to a salesman named Dakota Adams. He listened to my wants and needs and showed me several cars within my price range. He… told me about financing options, showed me cars I had not heard of but now love. He was so kind and knowledgeable and felt like talking with a good friend over dealing with the typical salesman. There was no sleazy pressure like I felt at other dealerships. No smoke and mirrors. He heard me. The cars he selected had the features we wanted and in our price range. I felt listened to and cared about. As a business owner myself I know how important the face of your business truly is. Dakota is a genuinely kind person who I felt really puts your needs as his priority and you know what… I did not buy a car at that moment and he was awesome with how he treated us. Others made us feel pressured and guilt tripped. I am not an impulsive person. I have to investigate, feel, think about my purchases. I felt he understood that. We are waiting for taxes to find back. I tell you what though.., when we do, we are buying from him. Walked away feeling like I have a good new friend who happens to sell cars and when I am ready I know he will find what we want and treat us with the same kindness as when we did not buy. Honestly that was the first time we have ever left a dealership that impressed by someone. Thank you Dakota! The Search
by James on 03/13/2024I had one of the internet sales people, Dakota with Regional Hyundai helping me through email several months until the right used car finally showed up on the lot. The car was being moved around to other dealerships but Dakota was able to… have it tracked down and brought back to the dealership for me to see and drive. It was the perfect car for me and the whole process went smoothly after I was able to drive the car. I have bought 10 cars over the years from Regional Hyundai and will continue to purchase with them as I have been pleased with the buying process which has even gotten better I might add and their service department has been great to work withJames, it's great to know that Dakota and our team at Regional Hyundai could help you find the perfect car! Worth the drive!

The truck was clean and ready when we got there. After some short paperwork, Finance had… us the terms we wanted with the bank we already use. Overall it was a quick, painless, no nonsense purchase. Stay clear of zach

Found out Friday that they had lost the key to the truck and would have it Saturday, then on Saturday told I'd have it… Monday. Seem unorganized and poorly run.Rude management, unprofessional staff

by Steer clear of Zach Allen on 07/22/2020After submitting a request for more information and pictures of the car, I get the “form” email response asking if there is any information they can get me. Which I respond to “yes, some pictures”. (There was zero online). I’m responded to… that it just came in, in the shop, get you some pictures when it gets out. So I wait........ and wait...... and three days later....... “we are aggressively lowering our prices if that will bring back your interest”. To which I respond.... you guessed it, can I have the pictures I’ve been waiting for. After another period of time I get a response I emailed them from my phone. Now would I be asking for them if that was so? Was it in the ongoing email thread? Nope. I work in the field, I obsess over my email. What does this get me, nada. So I email again, after getting yet another advertisement from Zach. To which I respond, still waiting on the pictures. And the final response..... “Sold.... sorry” WTH. And I was trying to buy it for one of my kids, who was pretty excited about a Camry Hybrid. We just live 2.5 hrs away from the dealer and wasn’t gonna make the drive without so much as a picture. Dealership might be good, but internet sales SuckI'm very sorry for the breakdown in communication here. This isn't the service we want for our guests and I apologize that we didn't get back to you in time with the requested information. I understand that we let you down, but we would be happy to assist with your car search if you're willing to give us a second chance. Please consider giving me a call. Bad warranty service
by Ortiz on 02/04/2020I purchased a 2018 Hyundai sonata december 2017. Havent had any problems with the car except for the vents breaking just the center thing to move them side to side. Do to busy schedule its hard to find the time to take it in and be without… a car for a whole day because they dont offer loaners. All the vents in the front ended breaking one by one at different times. When i finally took it in they misdiagnosed the problem said there were pieces of air vent clips even had their manager look at it and ge agreed believe his name is dwayne. In actuality it was pieces of the vent itself that had part numbers on it. Now we have warranty and even purchased exteneded one. The vents dont have impact marks or anything on them. Yet every time i have gone in there and talked to them about it seems like im on trial and theyre grilling me about what i may have done wrong for that to happen. Like im going to intentionally break something in a car that i work so hard for. The second time i didnt received a follow up call or anything a month went buy so i went in and talked to them due to all of them being broke they said no. Like its not possible that i got the lemon with bad vents. I talked to the manager then he said he would resubmit it and would call me within a week this was over two weeks ago and still havent heard from them the car is mechanically fine as far as customer service i wouldnt recommend this dealer. Really nice when youre buying the car not so much when something breaks.Above and beyond!!!

I made an appointment to test drive a Tucson and was very pleased with the customer service at Regional Hyundai. In… particular, Abraham was very helpful in explaining the new features and I was quickly sold on the Tucson, partly based on how excited he was about it. Once I purchased the car he helped me link up my phone and even delivered the car to my house, free of charge. I'd definitely buy from them again.
