Dealership Sales Review
I am currently just window shopping with plans to buy sometime in the next six months or so. I happened to reach out to a salesman named Dakota Adams. He listened to my wants and needs and showed me several cars within my price range. He told me about financing options, showed me cars I had not heard of but now love. He was so kind and knowledgeable and felt like talking with a good friend over dealing with the typical salesman. There was no sleazy pressure like I felt at other dealerships. No smoke and mirrors. He heard me. The cars he selected had the features we wanted and in our price range. I felt listened to and cared about. As a business owner myself I know how important the face of your business truly is. Dakota is a genuinely kind person who I felt really puts your needs as his priority and you know what… I did not buy a car at that moment and he was awesome with how he treated us. Others made us feel pressured and guilt tripped. I am not an impulsive person. I have to investigate, feel, think about my purchases. I felt he understood that. We are waiting for taxes to find back. I tell you what though.., when we do, we are buying from him. Walked away feeling like I have a good new friend who happens to sell cars and when I am ready I know he will find what we want and treat us with the same kindness as when we did not buy. Honestly that was the first time we have ever left a dealership that impressed by someone. Thank you Dakota! They are lucky to have you!
