Make advisor keep their word

The advisor had told me if I had several services done he would waive the diagnostic fee. I was in a hurry when I left… so I didn’t check my receipt til I got back home and the fee was on the bill.Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I have always had the best experience with the sales process, from the sales team through the finance department and the service team is the best. $4,000 worth of damage
by Almost76 on 09/01/2023In the past two visits to the service department, my car has received over $4000 worth of body damage. In both cases they claim it’s not their fault and they are not doing anything about it. I bought the car five months ago and it has spent… three months in the service department. They don’t go over their vehicles before they put them on the lot.The hail storm that hit the Tulsa area effected thousands of vehicles throughout our area and was quite unfortunate.However that type of damage is always claimed under the customer’s insurance and we are sorry that you feel that you need to keep posting this review.We wish you the best.Thank you. Oil Change / Tire Rotation
by MikeChristy on 07/31/2022Everything with the service was fine, however the automatic car wash evidently has a habit of "eating" hitch covers ( as I was told by the service manager ). This was certainly the case with my Pistol Pete Hitch cover ... the locking… mechanism was pulled off of the post and the posts of the hitch cover were bent all to heck. All I needed was a warning and I would have removed the hitch cover myself. However, the key was on the key chain that was left with the dealership. Jim Norton Chevy did a great job determining what the problem was and fixing it. They also took great care of me and… helped get my horses taken care of. Marie went above & beyond all my expectations for helping me find the vehicle that was right for me - that I enjoy driving each day, can afford the payments and have peace of mind with the manufacture's warranty and Certified Pre-Owned benefits! From something as simple as the color of the vehicle to the bells & whistles! She answered all my questions. She sent me home with different vehicles to try.
