Make advisor keep their word

onI was traveling when I took my car in for an oil change, I showed the advisor a picture of a light that went off and on. The advisor had told me if I had several services done he would waive the diagnostic fee. I was in a hurry when I left so I didn’t check my receipt til I got back home and the fee was on the bill.
