    I have purchased many cars from AutoNation Ford Westlake and there is no better dealership anywhere. For my Bronco Sport, I delt with Dean, Denise and Frankie. It was just a fantastic experience. Their knowledge and caring are beyond compare for sales. They really care. I enjoyed it so much that a week later, my wife purchased an Explorer. This time we also delt with John as well as Dean, Denise and Frankie. John is another first class person. If you haven't figured it out yet, I will not purchase a care from any other dealership in the future and that is why I send my friends and family there also.

    Took a couple of days as I financed with outside credit Union. Service department painted the hood as it showed signs of rust.

    Brought my F150 in for an oil change and to have a leak repaired. My service writer Ashley L was very personable and kept me informed on what was being done. The service was done in a timely fashion. All in all a good experience.

    Best service I have ever had at a car shop! They dropped me off at work and picked me up. They also let me know there was a recall on a part that I wasn't there for. Everyone was friendly!

    Dropped my car off for a recall fix. I very much appreciated that they took me home and picked me up when the service was completed. The service was done appropriately and to my surprise they also checked everything else and washed my car. I was very pleased with this.

    Process was ok, I felt the attempted humor by sales manager was not necessary, salesperson Dave r did NOT offer to go over vehicle controls ( how to open/ close top, vehicle climate controls) , was not told about temp tag having a 45 day period, overall both wife and I felt it was more of a transactional encounter. When I first called Dave about whether or not two cars were on the lot, I asked him to call me back. He did respond they were short handed that day so I felt he was earnest. When I called back a second time, same day, the female who answered the phone said she had no Dave on her list of salespeople. She did say she would check, sure enough, Dave called me back. In watching the overall staff I felt communication between staff was spotty. The young man from finance who went over the extended warranty items seemed bored. Both wife and I felt the same Return in the future: unsure. I have purchased tow Toyotas from metro Toyota, world of difference between their sales experience and this one.

    Had an appointment at11am to check transmission and do oil change. Called them at 3pm and they told me that they did not have time to check transmission or do oil change that day. I advised them that they never should have accepted my appointment if they couldn’t do the work. She said she will try to have someone do the oil change . I went and picked up my car and they did do the oil change but it was a very bad experience at this location.

    The staff I worked with was friendly, fun, and professional! I Appreciate the time, patience, and help given by Vlad, Adam, and Dan with my vehicle purchase. I’m a long time Ford fan and know what I prefer on my vehicle. They worked together to accommodate what l was looking for from the model, the exact trim, and color that l wanted including the price.

  • Battery problems

    I was heading to FL and found my battery dead. I jumped the battery and started my journey hoping to get it replaced on the way. I phoned Auto Nation Ford Westlake and was given an appointment for within the hour. When I arrived I was met by Ashley who was extremely helpful and understood my dilemma. I was back in my Explorer in 1/2 hour and on my way. Great service, pricing was better than other tire centers I called and the service writers were great. I recommend the service at Auto Nation Ford Westlake

    I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told up front how long my wait would be and what the service process would entail. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, and the person assisting me caught a billing error that would have cost me an extra $100. I really appreciate her attention to detail.

    Everyone I dealt with was responsive, friendly. The service was attentive. Photos were provided of work done. I got an appointment the same day and work was completed the following day and transportation both ways was provided.

    Scheduled a 40k service online no issues. Drop off was good at 8am sharp. Text messaging, was relayed that I needed new tires. I have been looking for tires already yet I was not desperate for them. Their pricing was compatible with the other tire shops in the immediate area. It was verified verbally alignment will be included with the tire install. Around 3 they asked to keep the car to finish up install of the tires, and had no loaner. Magically after I verified to cancel the tires a loaner was available the same loaner car I saw sitting there at 8am when I dropped off. I don’t appreciate the lies. Next day I was noticed of the total and I noted they did give me 10% off for the hastles. However the alignment charge was still on the bill which was more than the 10 off. I will take it back for repairs since I have a warranty scheduled maintenance I will shop around for. There was no timeframe indicates for the scheduled maintenance.

    Was pleased and shocked at the same time! I own a Land Rover, my last oil change cost me 1200.00 at their dealership. When I took my discovery to auto nation, I only paid a third of that price! They explained that oil changes should NEVER be that high! Thank you auto nation for your honesty your professionalism! I’m not going anywhere else but there!!!!!!

    We have been dealing with AutoNation Ford for years for sales and service and we couldn't be happier. My Service Underwriter is Ashley R. and she is kind, knowledgeable and always listening to her customers. I can't say enough good about her. The work is always completed properly the first time. Ashley keeps on top of that work and makes sure it is done right. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service and have dozens of times. Once the sale is made, it's up to service to keep the relationship and AutoNation really gets it in this department.
