One thing Chevrolet needs to address is getting the Onstar to active. After test driving I was very interested in the truck. Met Stephen the Sales… Mngr and made a fair deal. Then dealt with the financial side with Tom and it was very easy. Note, a small problem was found during the inspection which Spitzer dealt with to my satisfaction. This was a low stress experience and one of the easier ones I have done. I let her know exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle… for my wife and she had a couple options waiting for her to test drive. The cars were very clean and had everything as advertised on their website. After my wife made her selection, Carmin brought over the sales manager, Frank Mineo, who worked with us on a fair price for the vehicle with payments we could afford. Stephen Douglas made the final paperwork signing an easy, fast experience. Carmin even drove the car over to our house for us! My wife loves her Chevy Traverse!
