We just bought a new Equinox LT 3 days ago from a very friendly, knowledgeable salesman, Rick Koewacich. He took all of the time that we needed,… explaining and showing my wife how all of the car’s safety functions and options worked. It has been near impossible to find the car we needed for my partner's long commute right now, but Spitzer had what we needed and helped me feel confident that it had been inspected… thoroughly. I had a ton of questions and it was really scary to spend so much on something I'd never seen from several states away! Danele sent lots of photos and videos and answered all my questions to help me feel comfortable with the sale. Transportation was incredibly quick and easy and the car looks amazing for a 2017 vehicle! Michael Fries Did It Again!!
by Gary L Confoey on 05/18/2022My 2014 Chevy Traverse LTZ AWD was a no start, I called and told Michael Fries I was on my way to there shop cause of a no start, I bought it new at Spitzer Chevy, I have been a customer since Dec 1999. To me when something works I stay… with it. From Sales, to Service, they have always taking care of my Cars & Truck. My Traverse had to go by rollback to Spitzers, Mike said he leaves at 5:00, he told me fill out the envelope and drop the keys in the box. We got there at 5:35, guess who was waiting on me? That's right Mr Michael Fries, got the paperwork started, so they could start on it next day. He explained everything to me, he even called saying it would be done later that afternoon, and it was done a little before he thought. It don't get any better than that, the estimate was right on. I needed repair, he got it in, the tech did a great job, everything is back to normal, and I feel confident it was fixed right. This is why I keep coming back since 1999.Gary, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this wonderful review! We are so glad that Michael could get your automotive needs efficiently taken care of.
