Comfortable experience for first time buyer

Like most people, I was dreading having salesmen hassle me while I'm trying to look, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at… Schmitt's. I was first approached by Joe F. and I explained to him what I was looking for and that I wasn't there with a "committed attitude." He was totally understanding and offered his advice and then left me alone for awhile to browse. Several other dealers I've been to, I can't look at a single car without the salesman trying to sell me a "deal" on the price. I just want to look and make my own decisions! Joe was super friendly and not pushy, and while I'm still not sure what vehicle I'm looking at getting, I'd feel good about getting it from Schmitt's if that's the kind of service I can expect from all of their employees. Our Sales Rep Jesus met us on the lot and was polite and engaging, he listened to us when we… said we were only looking, and was very informative and laid back through everything. He didn't pressure us to buy, he simply gave us information and made us such a great deal we couldn't leave without the car. It was seemless and easy, easier than going to a Chipotle.Great Experience

Tim has a quality about him that is unlike any other salesmen, he… honestly cares about his customers and wants them to have a nice, reliable car. A great salesman

Our salesman Mr. Bryan R. did everything in his power to put her in it. Unfortunately with the age and miles on the car we could not get it… down to our payment range. Bryan then found a newer less mile car that we could afford and that my wife fell in love with. Bryan was very patient and worked his butt off for us. He never got pushy and just did his best to put us in a great car that we love driving. In my opinion he is a major asset to Jeff Schmitt and an excellent salesman. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Bryan and Jeff Schmitt.
