Air Bag Replacement Recall
by SSJ 911 on 07/03/2025Several weeks waiting for service- airbag was eventually replaced. Service tech cracked dashboard- and tried to say it was already cracked. It was not and wouldve been fine if tech had just said " Hey, cracked your dash." it is an older… vehicle and would ve been chill but the blantant gas lighting lie was a bit much. and the run around for the avtual service was a whoe lot.Fixed my problem
by Patrick on 04/03/2024I was having problems with my 2018 Chevy equinox and was having problems getting it fixed and Tim called me after he found out what was going on and got me taken care of he had a rental car ready for me when I got there and had my car… back to me with in 2 business days and Dan also helped get the car figured out If you need to buy a car go over to buyers and see Dan or the crew they definitely changed my mind about buyers definitely would recommend them to anyoneBad sells
by Patrick on 03/28/2024They are the worst dealership ever my family has always bought cars from there and I went and bought a 2018 Chevy equinox my first time ever buying a car on a loan and there’s stuff happening with it and the sales man don’t ever text me… back or answer my calls I will never step foot back in that dealership again unless they make stuff right and fix the problems that are wrong with it I’ve only had the car for 4 weeks haven’t even made the first payment yetPatrick would you please reach out to Jimmy Jones the used car general sales manager to see if there is a way we can help you out with your problems you are having with your vehicle? Professional and knowledgeable

They are working to put the customer first and were incredibly accommodating. They respected my time and went the extra mile once my… decision was made to purchase to get me set up and ready to receive my truck right away. Effortless process for the customer and will purchase there in the future.

Told him what I was looking for and by the time I got there he had ready what I was looking for online b4 I got got there. I made my offer while they detailed… vehicle I went to grab something to eat came back and was ready did paperwork and delivery out the door I went. by Lori Barron on 05/11/2021Rip off!!!!! I traded in a recently purchased 2020 Chevy Bolt LT. This car did not have DC fast charging and I decided this is something I would need. This car was purchased new. I want to purchase a 2021 with Bolt with DC fast charging. I… was offered a disgraceful 19,000 for my car with 612 miles on it. I asked about this amount because this is not even up to kbb trade in prices. The salesperson claimed it was because they had so many on the lot. This ended up being a LIE because that evening I checked and they had 0 used bolts and 10 new ones. They listed my 2020 bolt for over 27,000. This is a sad way to do business. Are you so desperate for business that you find it is ok to lie to customers. New bolts with dc fast charging sell for less than they have listed this 2020. I am not listing the salespersons name here as they did have the car ready to test drive and was friendly, knowledgeable, etc. While I don’t like being lied to, I believe this to be a dealership culture issue. All they seem to be worried about is getting a perfect review. I won’t do business here again.Sales excellence
