Byers Chevrolet

I called ahead of time about a car I found online to ensure the vehicle was available. When I arrived, the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. Jeremy (my salesperson) was very easy to talk to. Typically, when test driving a vehicle there is an uncomfortable silence. I'm not an extroverted person but was able to talk to him like I knew him for years. He was very personable, and he made the experience very comfortable. The process was much faster than I expected. The finance guy did a great job going over the additional protection information (convinced me to purchase and add-on). My only suggestion would be to walk the customer to the other building to meet with the finance person. I wasn't sure where I needed to go. All in all, a good experience.
