Note this Wrangler had plenty of gas to do a good test drive.Most other dealerships the needle is buried in the "E". Their mechanic looked the… Jeep over and answered questions regarding the car. After buying car, dealership contacted us to let us know they had found a 2nd set of keys. Thank you. SeanBought Car with no hassle

After being jerked around at 5 other dealers I came to Automotive Connection on a Sunday evening around 4:15 and spoke to Kevin. I walked out at 5:30(they close at 5) with a deal made and… a new car. I told them what i needed on trade. After I rejected the first offer he gave me what I needed which was fair to both and didnt keep trying to beat me up. We then settled on the car I needed and I drove it home that night. In and out in a little over an hour. I wasted so much time looking at other dealers who were not listening to what i wanted or needed. Automotive Connection did not do this to me and it was a great experience. I will be going back for my other cars.HHR Purchase

by LisaC on 09/13/2018Won’t purchase a car from a dealer I can’t trust. My husband wanted to go purchase a truck tonight. We both raced to Fairfield after work to check the truck out. When I called to ask about the GVWR and to let them know that we were on… our way. I was told they were closing early at 6 o’clock because of maintenance on the building. My husband who was in a separate vehicle coming from his work had also called and they told him that they were closing at 5 o’clock to go to a Bengals game. I don’t understand why there is a discrepancy on when they’re closing and why. When my husband tried to make another date to look at the truck the guy said that he would not come in that late at night (5:30) On his off day. Not sure why we couldn’t buy it off someone else. But after this I think we are going to shop somewhere else. Hard to trust a dealership that started out with what appeared to be untruths from the get go.PURCHASE!

Very good experience
