Automotive Connection

Won’t purchase a car from a dealer I can’t trust. My husband wanted to go purchase a truck tonight. We both raced to Fairfield after work to check the truck out. When I called to ask about the GVWR and to let them know that we were on our way. I was told they were closing early at 6 o’clock because of maintenance on the building. My husband who was in a separate vehicle coming from his work had also called and they told him that they were closing at 5 o’clock to go to a Bengals game. I don’t understand why there is a discrepancy on when they’re closing and why. When my husband tried to make another date to look at the truck the guy said that he would not come in that late at night (5:30) On his off day. Not sure why we couldn’t buy it off someone else. But after this I think we are going to shop somewhere else. Hard to trust a dealership that started out with what appeared to be untruths from the get go.
