The place to go to service your Subie
by Photoken on 08/01/2023Wagner Subaru has serviced my cars for almost twenty years, and I've never had a negative experience with them. What sets them apart from other Subaru dealership(s) in the area is that they are consistently clear about what service items… need to be addressed immediately and what can wait, with an estimate of when they should be checked again.

Large ticket item was found such as the timing belt ( which was done) but simple things such as having a oil leak and other items were not even brought to my… attention. I know this because the dip stick showed no oil and I brought it to another dealer. Over Confidence that you are the only game in town and poor procedures will guarantee that Wagner Subaru will never be used again.Wagner Subaru

They don’t try to force you to buy more than you need, and don’t pressure you into… decisions. Their Sales staff is superior. I’ll certainly purchase from them again in the future.Warranty Work
by Davidgm on 03/10/2023Seals on front doors of a 2021 kept separating from the doors. Response was to basically just stick them back in to the metal channels. Six months later (at regularly scheduled services) they would repeat the process. Finally at the time… of the 24 month service they decided replacement of the seals was the correct course of action. So far so good. As an aside, it took the dealership 3 months to get the parts, but I'm sure that was a function of supply chain dynamics and not negligence on the part of the dealership.No pressure sales

Purchasing a Crosstrek at Wagner Subaru

2023 Crosstrek

I ended up buying a new Crosstrek from them and I can’t recommend them enough. The… customer service is great. From my experience there I would recommend them to anyone. Very honest and knowledgeable salespeople and in the weird times we’re experiencing with companies price-gouging, they were not. I would definitely recommend to go to Wagner if you’re looking to buy a Subaru.Easy to deal with
